It looks to me like a shoe. The toe is pointed up in the air because the killer is taking a step. Is that what you mean?

We did this game a few nights back........but tonight the picture posted is not as good as the other night.

We (I assume we) decided that the back of that in the photo is the floorboard. Was considered to possibly be a thingy from carpet to carpet.....metal threshold, but he didn't have any. Anywhoo, we the other night posted lost of photos and lo and behold, his florboard actually has that many waves unlike some of us were familiar with (documented from crime scene).

Therefore.........this photo is one which has the floorboard with carpet and faux walls on it. So........bedroom or hallway wall. And the relationship of what is in front........vs. how close it is to the floorboard..........leads to believe it is large like body vs. size to the floorboard on wall. Not a shoe as dimensions don't fit. If shoe, floorboard wouldn't be that small in relation to shoe.

OK folks, get out your cameras and do some photos with the hubby's as this seems to be a consistent offering by a fellow WS'er at night for polling! :waitasec:

Why would there have been clothing in the washing machine? Why would Jodi have washed the clothes and bedding. Wasn't he naked in the shower when he died? How did all the bedding etc get blood all over it? Unless she cleaned up the blood with it??

It could have been the clothing he had on before getting in the shower.

The bedding was in the dryer, the clothing was in the washer along with the camera.

Perhaps MM is heading for the wheels of the Jodi bus? I can see her saying he was more involved than he was if he exposes things about her nobody knows yet. Being it on ..

you may be right, especially if ol' Matt is turning on her. If the state made some kind of deal with him on those letters in exchange for some good stuff he knows, I'd love to hear it. I wonder if that could happen.

Jodi has friend that is very concerning to me. Very

Yes that was a rather thinly veiled threat if you ask me. Although it is funny that she thinks she will be out in 5 years :)

I have never seen a trial where the jury is able to ask questions. Can anyone explain how the process works? Will their questions go through an officer of the court?

I think JA really unravelled today. If the DT made any progress with any jury members she undid it with her morning "performance " and she was like a panicked rat in a trap this afternoon. The imaginary rope, not knowing about the bags, even the license plate lie, JM did a masterful job from beginning to end, IMO.

I would just like to thank all the posters here. I have been reading here for years, and you guys are a really intelligent bunch! I am glad I finally joined so I can participate. :twocents:

Oh Oh Katie said there was a question in the box today!!!!

He has been talking to someone Jodi knows. I think that is what I heard. MM maybe. Threats maybe coming from Jodi via her new friend Carr.

??? Who?

I just saw the crime scene photos for the first time. I've never been brave enough to click on the link. Now that I've seen them death is too good for her. I would like her to die exactly like Travis did.

Question: Does the jury get to see the crime scene pictures?

I've always said and showed some of my friends and family (that are interested) the crime scene photos and if those ALONE don't get her convicted, I don't know what will.

I've heard that some "seasoned" killers could not do what Jodi did to poor Travis because of the gore factor alone, and that says a lot. SMH!

If Arias's story is true about returning the extra gas can at Wally World, wouldn't it be documented on camera? The store itself would also have a receipt copy, one for the customer, one for the store.

I don't believe Arias returned the third gas can (the first 2 were borrowed from Mr. Brewer). I think she put the $2.77 (was it?) of gas in the extra can for a little after-murder burning ceremony in the desert myself.

rbm

Good one. I had thought that the extra gas was to burn down Travis's house following the murder.

Never dawned on me about using the gas to burn evidence in the desert.

Is she the one who is either smiling or looks confused? And she asks questions that are so basic, I'm sure most of the audience knows the answer. Not her-- she looks surprised every time an answer is given!

Dr. Drew and his co-hosts are just BEGGING to become an SNL skit...

Yikes - I think I've missed it too. Can you explain what you mean?

Me too!!! I've been reading and reading waiting for more about this shower.. I have watched every exocruciating second of this trial and this shower part went right over my head?:waitasec:

Yes, I do believe the questions go through the Judge.

Regarding the rope, I also believe it is an invention of her mind, to explain why the knife was nearby.

MOO

Deal? Yeah... I won't arrest you for meddling in a murder case, providing false evidence or change you with conspiracy ! Lol tell the truth or spend years behind bars for lying!

Yep. I saw them in the shower pictures, too.

What did she do to him?:furious:

[But I don't remember the ME saying anything about them]
Even in the pic posted I do not see rope marks. They are creases in his neck. If you look at other photos of him when he is alive, they are there. Certainly if there was anything remotely like a rope mark, the ME or the autopsy report would have included it???

I'm starting to think that this might just be what has happened Linda7NJ!

Ugh the "Dr LLoyd" on Dr Drew is saying the prosecution would be proving premeditation better by showing the gruesome photographs of TA instead of receipts for gas cans and gas records... Uhhh.. does he KNOW what proving premeditation means? And this guys a doctor?
I hate how some commentators are criticizing the prosecution for not focusing on the murder. Do they realize Juan hasn't gotten to the murder yet and that he obvious will spend the necessary time there (unlike Nurmi and the defense that spent 30 mins with a really lame attempt at a self defense claim)?

The commentators particularly the guest defense lawyers are poorly informed and poorly prepared. They merely mug in front of a camera and bloviate.

I was in the bathroom and just listening and I believe it was on NG where her friend came on and he said he saw her Sunday. He said something about her and him keeping an eye on someone. Wonder who it is and if this person should be afraid?

I was a witness in a trial where the jury could ask questions. At the end of each witness' testimony, the judge asked the jury if any had questions. If so, they wrote them on paper. The judge and attorneys went into chambers to go over them. Then they would return and the judge asked the witness the questions.
