He wasn't shot first, the stabs were first and the gunshot was last. Medical testimony verifies this.

Also just the fact that she states she shot him first should be reason enough not to believe it happened that way. She lies about everything.

There is so much misinformation on these TH shows. Dr. Drew is saying TA was in the bathtub (he was in the shower). He also says she dragged him out of the bathtub (no, she put him in the shower). Then someone on his show said he was in the shower dead for 9 days. Repeated it several times. (no, he was in the shower for 5 days)

I can actually remember waaay back on Court Tv when JC was objective. NG used to get frustrated with her because she would not stray from the facts, neither pro PT or DT. Then Court Tv was cut here and I hadn't seen much of her in years. I've been shocked by the change in her and can only conclude she is told to take DT side . Frustrating!

Regarding Jean Casarez:
This is one commentator who is in entirely over her head. The woman is CLUELESS. It is astounding to watch questions posed to her. She never understands the questions correctly, she never answers the questions put to her, and she pontificates on irrelevant unrelated issues. Her commentary is largely pure drivel. She frequently misses the point entirely or she puts emphasis on the wrong point.

Case in point- she was reporting on the Arizona Supreme Court decision when this judicial body denied request of interlocutory review. Casarez first called it “INTERROCKATORY” and then corrected herself with INTERROGATORY - again wrong.

The lady’s face is made up of pure Botox. Her lips hardly move. Her hairdo is age inappropriate. She manages to dress in wardrobes that range from jungle wear to sleeveless casual.
I cannot understand how this talentless lady made it to InSession for any reason.

Whenever JC is on the screen I immediately mute the TV and await coherent intelligent discussion from somebody else.

Why would there have been clothing in the washing machine? Why would Jodi have washed the clothes and bedding. Wasn't he naked in the shower when he died? How did all the bedding etc get blood all over it? Unless she cleaned up the blood with it??

When I watch her testifying I see her playing a game. She's analyzing the question asked and making sure she side steps or avoids saying anything that could be used as evidence later.

Ex. What time did you come home from work "In the after noon"
What time? "after noon" Was it before 4? "It was after noon" so the poor guy is stalling all over the place trying to bust her in a lie.

I don't know why they are trying the case this way but she's modeling her look like Casey Anthony and really thinks she's so smart and she's going to get off on a mistrial.

IMO the whole thing was premeditated. They mentioned the trip to Cancun in the 48 hours video, and at the end of the clip she says very precisely that she wanted to roll her eyes at his friends because she knew about the trip and she was "always the one that was going to Cancun"

I think when he decided to take someone else she decided to kill him. The whole thing was premeditated and she made it a really violent crime and had planned a trip to see someone else the next day as a cover. She probably didn't think it would take five days for them to find the body.

So she's expecting then to think it just happened and she's visiting a boy friend in Utah. She even called him later to make it seem like she
"didn't know." And she took the pix because she was curious and then deleted them and threw the camera in the washing machine to destroy it.

She probably thought she was so clever not to take it and have his camera on her. She took the knife and the gun with her into the desert and destroyed them.

She thought she was free and clear, her DNA in the house was legit since she used to live with him but the camera busted her.

This was a premeditated thrill kill.

Was the rental agent asked what, if anything, the agency did regarding the smoke smell? Normally there is a statement in the contract that there is to be NO SMOKING inside the vehicle. Granted I do not believe she was smoking, however, the odor should have caused more than a passing comment from the agent.

We must be viewing at the same time! I asked same thing too! She says "we" twice as to driving down from her sisters down from Redding to Monterey. My only explanation that I can fathom is PA is not wanting to do collateral damage, and it is her sister that is with her. That is THE ONLY thing that explains why that is not explained further, IYKWIM............
