I'm stuck with tablet to post, my flippin laptop locked up with virus so only able to watch HLN recorded "sextemoany" today cuz had 6 yr old niece & dog running all around living room this afternoon...

Forgive me if mentioned but Anyone else noticed in HAs sextemoany about saying the rope was 20ft to Mr Samuels she says (smugly) I DIDN'T MEASURE IT then Juan says what was that? She says WE DIDN'T MEASURE IT

Ok listening to her all this time I feel like she has "tells" like when we know she's blowing smoke smug look creepy smile but verbally when she thinks Juan about to bail her on something she's sure to say "mutual" things like that..

I'm wondering if her changing I to WE if there was a rope because she brought it to restrain TA? Hate to say it maybe tortured him how she got best of him in shower?

Before you say no rope in shower pics.. she could have had gun on him while untied taking pics.. Maybe this why he "suddenly snapped & lunged" His only chance?

She shoots him in face while he's down but didn't kill him then "click" gun jammed or out of bullets? (Ninja story she's says that happened to her)... She panics runs to get knife (maybe used a psychological torture weapon from bedroom?)

Meets him in hall stab stab stab then again panic blood in hall on carpet drags him back in shower..

Idk JMO.. DOES THAT SOUNDS PLAUSIBLE?

I just had another theory about that glass or cup people mentioned that was in the shower. We know she had to clean up somewhat before walking to her car. If she did not end up taking a full shower with Travis dead body, then perhaps she used the cup to wash her hair in the shower and rinse off her arms face, head, etc.

Just a thought about the cup and why it was there.

This isn't popular here, but I think JA was a very pretty girl/woman back then, even if I am not a fan of such light blonde hair on her. And I am a hoochie blonde, but it suits my pastiness better, lol.

Still, she really IMO was an attractive person (physically) before her incarceration. i can see how the mens would fall for her.

Yes. When I need gas for the mower, I pump it into the plastic can. But I place the 'can' in a box because if any gas gets spilled in the car, the car smells.

Remember when she returned the car it smelled like "smoke".

I can tell the difference between cigarette, pipe, cigar, pot,

Not sure what photo you are talking about but Juan's pen is in some of the photos, from where he is asking the witness a question pointing with his pen on the photo.

He wasn't shot first, the stabs were first and the gunshot was last. Medical testimony verifies this.

Also just the fact that she states she shot him first should be reason enough not to believe it happened that way. She lies about everything.

Ugh the "Dr LLoyd" on Dr Drew is saying the prosecution would be proving premeditation better by showing the gruesome photographs of TA instead of receipts for gas cans and gas records... Uhhh.. does he KNOW what proving premeditation means? And this guys a doctor?
I hate how some commentators are criticizing the prosecution for not focusing on the murder. Do they realize Juan hasn't gotten to the murder yet and that he obvious will spend the necessary time there (unlike Nurmi and the defense that spent 30 mins with a really lame attempt at a self defense claim)?

Why can't JM play her testimony back in video form? Why does he have to refresh her memory with written transcripts? It's 2012. We have video of her testimony. Is there a reason that this is not allowed in court?

So I am behind here on the thread, however, I just want to ask if the rest of you think that JA seemed to be unusually compliant today, compared to previous days. I just sensed a change and wondering if maybe I missed something? TIA :wave:

Did anyone hear JA's use of the word "succumbed"? Or attempt, I should say. I believe it was in the 48 hours video? Instead, she said "succambed", yes, with a long a. I thought I may have misunderstood, so I rewound it, and it was no mistake. Truly have never heard of that word, lol.
