I have a question for our verified attorneys: Regarding the ever so slight possibility of a mistrial, if there were a mistrial, wouldn't JA still have to be retried? If so, what would be the advantage of a mistrial? TIA :wave:

You may be right.
I am comparing what I see to an autopsy I attended.
It was similar as it looked kinda pink and burned where the rope had been
but obviously was WAY worse because the victim had hung himself in a tree.

I don't think it is related to decomp or how his neck was bent inthe shower
because what I am looking at is on the left side and his head was bent to the right...

Too many variables are unknown. I know....
I was just giving my opinion.

JA using a ripe for "sex" to explain why a knife was at the scene so
she could grab it and stab him makes no sense.
IMO she knew she had to put a rope at the scene as well.

I am a lot like Travis in this regard. I am a very neat and organized person. We have a butcher block that we got as a wedding present over 29 years ago. It still looks like brand new and has all the knifes and the orginal scissors that came with it.

Imo the knife nor the gun came from Travis' home. Flores said no knifes were missing.

She just made up the rope story two years later when she knew she had to find a way of getting a knife into the bathroom.

I wonder how Flores knew if any knives were missing if he did not know how many knives TA had in his kitchen? Was he just going on a knife count from the knife block? I doubt the roommates would pay any attention to the knife set. I don't even own a knife block/set. I have different knives from diff. makers and I keep them in my drawer. Maybe Travis had other knives also.

Everyone has their own preception on beauty I suppose.

She wasnt very pretty to me. Something about her right eye is distracting and her nose is way too large and prominent imo. And her bottom lip looks like she dips dry tobacco.

Now she looks like an old spinster and her nose looks even more prominent. Probably growing by leaps and bounds for all the lies she tells.:floorlaugh:

the over-processed brassy bleached blonde hair was awful...she had a sort of freshness of youth look to her face back when she got arrested in 2008 but that's gone now. yes her nose is too big, too many teeth in her mouth and front teeth are like a rodent. not a homely woman, not physically ugly but certainly not beautiful or ravishing. ordinary & slightly better than average looks. now that i know what she did she is hideous and disgusting to me.

Of course not. That pic is of the hallway. The photo before that shows Travis already dead and in the bathroom. Ergo, he had already been dragged to the bathroom before the pic you speak of.

As for what that photo depicts, I'm 99% positive it's part of Jodi's pant leg (blue in color and covered in blood). It looks like she is kneeling down to pick up the camera.

Brian Carr. His sister was a DV victim. He has been visiting and showing sympathy do Jodi in Jail.. Said he saw her a few days ago. He was on Nancy Grace tonight, I think. She is on again. Maybe I will be able to hear what he says.

I was just listening to this afternoon's testimony again and noticed something JA stated that is odd to me. JM is talking about her road trip to Mesa and she states that "we" left early the morning of the 3rd after midnight. Did anyone else catch this and do you know what she means?
