I feel there is a huge difference in defending someone and enabling a big lie to free them from their responsibility after they commit a horrible crime.

I wish upon any defense attorney a little bit of angst in his life so he can be on the receiving side of a good defense attorney helping someone skate after hurting him

"stupid idiot"... when Nurmi asked...

also "I'm going to kill you B...." along with the killer "a 5 year old could do it better" something along those lines---being compared to the five year old was bad---I did LOVE it when Juan acknowledged that she HAD said the "f" word before and made her say it in court.....

Afternoon, what was the photo shown to Jodi? And has it been shown by JM before? TI A, Dunwoody, GA sleuther !

Dunwoody...looking forward to the Sneiderman trial!

Isn't an attorney supposed to ask to approach the witness? Did'nt look good with Nurmi at her side attempting to console her with the jury still in the room. They should have left before he approached her.

I predict that when the lunch break is over, Nurmi will request a weekend recess until next week.

He may request it but this Judge had better not grant it. She is already criticized all over the internet and TV for going too easy on Jodi for that last migraine headache/baloney sandwich thing this very week! I say - The show must go on! :banghead: Taxpayers are not getting their moneys worth out of this slow paced trial and the jailbird has already admitted guilt.

I noticed as soon as she stood up when her attorney approached those fake tears evaporated real quick.

Hi. Can somebody here please tell me just how late today (central time conversion, please :-) ) the testimony may go??? I have only been able to view a few hours of the past couple days' testimony, so do not know how late in the day the judge could end testimony for the day. tyia

Jean C: "Travis had toned down."

Is that the correct wording for someone who's gotten in shape???

:)

Jodi is NOT going to be happy. HLN headlines : "Jodi Cracked!" "Jodi Crumbles!"

He never even cussed at her when he called texted she was a sociopath or any of the times he was livid with her. I don't believe for a second he cussed at her over an alleged dropped camera.

I'm in the happy position of not giving a toss that Jodi was crying, real or fake, I just don't care.

I thought at first I saw tears but its hard to see with that mop of hair covering her face. But when she stood up I saw no tears.

But I agree..............I dont care if she cries buckets full. It will never compare to the real tears his family has shed because she ripped him from their lives.

IMO

I didn't see one single tear. She hid her face with her hair and her hand because that's what she does when she doesn't want anyone to see her face. If we saw her face, we'd know she wasn't crying, but pretending to cry instead.

Did you notice that once Nurmi came up to her and the jury was out of the room, she ripped a kleenex out of the box and instead of going under her glasses to wipe her tear stained face, she ripped at her nose, like she always does. There was not one single tear there for anyone to see. AND, when we finally do see her cry (IF we do) they will be tears for herself and not for the savage attack on the body of poor Travis.

Actually she had her left hand up to hide her face. Except for the split in her fingers so she could look out with her left eye.

I know many are questioning the authenticity of Jodi's tears. They are real. With that said, I can cry on cue. Actors and actresses do it every day. Actors and Actresses lie (in the sense that they are playing a role) every day, they portray lines that are not true to their own beings every day.

Yes, Jodi is crying. No, they are not tears for Travis. They are tears because it was the right time to cry.

I'm infuriated that the Judge played into it and took the lunch break. Jodi put herself in this position, even if she did kill TA in self defense (not a chance) she put herself in this position by lying about it for so long. It is no one's fault but Jodi's that we are all gathered around today discussing this. The Judge needs to stop coddling her. MOO

In reviewing the video that moonbird just posted....noticed before he called her an idiot.......today she added "effing" in front of the idiot comment.

didn't she say travis said "a 5 yr old can hold a camera better than you"

Me too. She coaxes him into the photo shoot. She was dressed and ready to go and he was clothed as well. Gets him to shave. Gets him in the shower. Gets him to sit. Begins stabbing. Possibly the camera falls in a struggle. Continues stabbing. Maybe gets injured in the attack. All of this happens in a matter of two minutes. He makes it to the sink. She continues stabbing. He falls to the ground. God only know what horrible things she was saying to him when this is going on. He is mortally wounded and prone. She picks up the camera...maybe thinking he was dead. He is still alive. She drags him to the shower and slits his throat. Somewhere in there she shoots him.

I am so nervous. She needs to be found guilty and put to death.

Not likely. Stabbing someone while holding a camera is a little far fetched. If she shot him first, then it's plausible.

For the knife first theory to work, the camera needs to be out of her hand.

Oh come on!!

Those were REAL tears from REAL emotion. She can't handle being confronted with what she did. It's the guilt that makes her cry.

Really ? Then why wasn't Arias crying in the interviews with Detective Flores ?

So how many breaks is this judge going to allow today? We all know she is going to continue to carry on.
