To me she is still matching forensics with her actions...just like she told the jury on direct when talking about her lying to the detectives.

Doesn't take a real smart person to see by her actions on the stand and her words she has spoken before the trial and during the trial that she is lying!

I hope juries start taking notice that we cannot have a double standard when it comes to women commiting these types of crimes, and that should receive the same treatment a man would.

Also premeditation has already been established, when she ran down the hall and instead of going out the bedroom door, she instead SAID she ran into the closet got the gun and made the decision to go back into the bathroom for another confrontation!

Noticeable how she has turned to face away from JM throughout this portion of uncomfortable cross. At the moment she appears to be looking permanently in the direction of the jury. Maybe someone in court hs a better view of this.

it is her way of blocking out the ugliness of what she did.

By the time she came up with this lame story she had every piece of evidence. She knew the trajectory of the bullet. She admitted she made up other stories to fit the forensics. How many nights did she spend pouring over the photos and reports to come up with this?

Does anyone remember - didn't she all but beg Flores to show her crime scene photos? And now she can barely look at them? She is just awful.

He screamed those words all right, right after she stabbed him.

and based on how j.a. twists words, and the "grain of truth" - i would imagine he said something like 'you killed me'... and maybe added "b***h"..

so true.. that just doesn't happen. The most I know of head gun shot wound victims would be moaning, screaming, holding head, maybe crawling on the floor and this is minutes before they pass out or die.

In your more unique cases of gunshot, drive by? in the car, they can make their way to E.R. if they are strapped in and seated, and foot on accelerator, mostly they crash. If its a head grazing wound they can do it

Through the brain in any way I would say no. They can move, moan, but no purposeful movement and certainly no real words, talking, mostly scream yell then quiet or moan.. You are too dazed.

shot to the head in the way he had, he would NEVER get up again to go after her. He might pull up against a sink and fall.. just clumsy stuff if any.

but the M. E. report of no blood in the brain, blows her out of the water, he would bleed.

Absolutely. At most he would be moaning or screaming sounds but no words. Think his mouth was damaged too.

If he was alive, blood would be in his mouth and sinuses because of where the bullet ended up at. He'd be in no condition to amount an attack. Just a feeble attempt at self-defense -- from her knife-happy crazyness.

there was no exit wound. the ME said the bullet was found in his left cheek.
