I want to read Travis' last email to Jodi and the 18 page letter ... When will we be able to - after the trial?
Good question! Maybe one for the "Unleash the lawyers" thread?

I also never quite understood that photo until today. I thought it was the floor, but today learned that the top part is the wall (vertical), while the bottom part is the floor (horizontal).
:floorlaugh: Too funny!!!!!!!!!!! wittle jodi must have been mimicking him too! I swear the girl never had an original idea in her life __ I would not be surprised if that was all she could think of to do today!!!!!!! Or maybe it was the Flying Nun -------> She doesn't seem cook enough for this guy!
Turner Media which is the company for both of those. Maybe they can find another spot for her.
This is the email I wrote...feel free to tweak/copy,/share anything:
Dear Headline News,
I am writing to express my extreme disappointment with the news that In Session has been cancelled and Beth Karas will no longer be working with the network.
I've been watching trials with Beth reporting on them for the entire 19 years she's been with Turner Media and Court TV before that. She is by far the best trial reporter they have ever had. She is universally liked and trusted and breaks down trials for viewers making them more understandable and interesting.
Please can't you find a way for her to keep reporting trials on your network?
There are millions of viewers interested in big cases and participating in the legal system by viewing them live on TV. All of the CNN HLN shows are about big trials these days. I understand Nancy Grace has the highest ratings and her show is primarily about trials. This is a huge loss to this viewership. And a huge loss to me personally.
As the surviving sister of a homicide victim and having navigated the legal system for years with our case, I think removing this access to the public is just heartbreaking.
Please reconsider and please find a way to keep Beth Karas covering trials for her thousands and thousands of fans who will suffer a great loss without her professionalism and insights shared.
Thank you for your consideration,
(my name)
Very simple. He didn't die as quickly as she thought he would and she panicked and so kept on stabbing and cutting and slashing and shooting, etc.
Well, that explains my confusion! :floorlaugh:

A little surprised to see this from the NewTimes referencing the prosecutor's "meltdown:"
The Jodi Arias trial took another turn for the nutty today with a "meltdown" by prosecutor Juan Martinez and, to some extent, the justice system.
Arias, who claims she shot, stabbed and nearly decapitated her ex-boyfriend in self-defense, said in her third day of being cross-examined that Martinez was making her "brain scrambled."
Even viewers who'd prefer to see her hang could sympathize.
Maybe, just maybe, long detour into the issue of Arias' problems with Martinez, and his problems with her, was all part of the diminutive, well-coiffed deputy Maricopa County Attorney's strategy
Probably not likely, but you can help be the judge: We've included a healthy portion of the off-topic, back-and-forth argument between Arias and Martin below for you to read.
The article then quotes, at length, one of the many rabbit hole arguments between Jodi and Juan. I've never seen anything like this trial before. A lot of times I read the comments here while I'm listening to the testimony and I can't believe we're listening to the same thing.

I'm watching dr. Drew. His cohost should go back to the pageant system. An absolute knuckle head.
I'm usually pretty careful about the news sources I access, but I took a chance and checked out your link. It set off my McAfee warnings, and looks to be no better than the sensationalist news sources on HLN. I think I'd trust Radar Online more than this one LoL.
I'm listening to the trial exclusively, every day. I haven't really given any time to the THs on TV, or read any news coverage in any of the online papers..
We're listening to the same thing alright, just getting a different picture I guess. My picture is the one where the prosecutor is doing an amazing job of seeking justice for an innocent victim. What's your picture?
:moo:
So, I just caught up with the trial today. I started 6 days ago and would like to share my thoughts. It's 1 something in the morning and I'm typing on my phone. Please forgive spelling and grammar cuz it aint that serious c or me at this time. I intend to be brutally honest with my opinion. First...will somebody please allow Travis sister...the thin lady who sits with her husband I think....somebody just let her kick Jodis azz? That woman is about to bust if she doesnt get a piece of Jodi. All day everyday she has this expression on her countenance like she just wants to beat the dog crap out of her. Okay...now that that is out of the way....Jodi is a psychopathic demonic freak who is projecting her hyper freakiness onto Travis and smearing his name. I believe demons entered her when she was messing with that gay vampire dude. Furthermore. ..don't expect Jodi to get the death penalty and she may also be acquitted which wouldnt surprise me one bit. Pretty white women never get put to death and after broadcasting her coochie...fakeand phone sex fecordings...she is just somebody that men will want to keep alive. You dont kill demonic freaky women...you keep that ALIVE! If jodi was an ugly white woman...do you really think they would have shown her coochie on the big screen in the courtroom like that? Do you think anybody would be willing to listen to her moan, groan and masturbate? What man wants to generate the image of a wad shot on an ugly face? It's a mans world, yall. Speaking of men...Travis. Welp, he wasnt an angel in this. He certainly was a nice enough guy that didnt deserve to be slaughtered like a pig...that's for sure. But he had a problem which the majority of men struggle with and that is their 2 heads. Mothers please start early with your sons and teach them how to think with the head that has the brains. Travis was an elder in the church and he knew better. He was a hypocrite like the majority of folks with positions in church and I wish he would have taken his faith more seriously instead of screwing around with the devil. Jodi is a modern day Jezebell. The purpose of that spirit is to steal, kill, and destroy. Sex is her most powerful tool. Did somebody say that the majority of the jurors are men? Ut oh...there is something about Jodi. She has that wicked thing going on with her and she is realling some of those make jurors into her web right in front of our eyes and the majority of people watching the trial dont see it and the male jurors dont know what shes doing. Those who know how that spirit operates can see what she is throwing off at them. Her pheromones are hyper potent and she knows it. A wicked woman like that needs to die...any head with a brain knows this but the brainless head shall win out. She is WICKED. Plunge a cross in her black heart and then burn her at the stake. Evil should never be allowed to even breath. But Jodi will live and manipulate all kinds of men whether she is in prison or is set free. Horny brain dead men are gonna do what they do and I really dont have to worry about Jodi. I have one head with brains...im not into women and I dont live in the same state of that known demon. She has strong seductive powers and I thank God that I am not a man. Rest in peace Travis but Jodi s coochie just may cheat you out of justice.
