so, the DT is trying to make this vague journal entry into j.a's veiled attempt to imply that Travis was a pedophile, and it didn't "sit right" with her?

they are pathetic. imo.

one of the commenters on hln said he thinks these entries brought up were written after the fact, as a defense tactic. i would put nothing past her. devious and dishonest to the max.

I don't think I have even seen a trial, or one of those shows about crimes, where a victim was so thoroughly trashed, without one bit of evidence. Not one bit of proof. And only coming from the cold-sored mouth of the killer.

From the CA trial, I am sick of defense attorneys and their lying clients being able to say any freaking thing they want with no evience to back it up.

For instance WHY can't Jodi's stalkish behavior (tire slashing) be brought up? Even though there is no concrete proof? Why is she allowed to talk about Travis accusing him of being a pedophile, of abusing her, relaying things he said to her with no freaking proof?

Amusing myself by re-watching Det. FLores interrogation. I hope when training detectives they show this footage....he is so good at being patient and thorough with her. I love listening to him....he could have a career reading books on tape or doing sleepytime recordings should he ever choose to leave LE. Why is it that EVERY single example of TA's supposed violent temper that JA comes up with have never been witnessed by anyone but her? That is one of the reasons (among many) that I do not believe a single word in any of her stories about how abusive TA was. That doesn't seem right. Many, many abusers show cracks in their facade at one time or another in public to people other than just their victims.

Yep!! And to add, they have a violence that seems to seep out of their pours even when they are in a good mood, cutting up (there is one area that it can come out joking mean, violent joking) and laughing..

He deleted it. I saw it when it was posted. On The State vs Jodi Arias ~ Travis Alexander murder trial FB page there was a poll question there about why Jodi recorded the phone call. One of the responses was "To send to future girlfriends." When you answered the poll question it published your answer to your FB page. He had the answer up there for a few days. I guess his family asked him to remove it.

ok, that's how I remembered it too. I did see it. It was an answer to a poll. It was not his 'own words' was my point. It was represented as 'his words', even on NG last night by a caller. And yes, if he was my sibling/son, after I kicked his a$$, I'd have told him to remove it too LOL

well, hello! there's NO way to prove these were written when they're dated.

even if she DID tear pages out, who's to say she didn't ADD stuff to each page?

he was on the defense witness list and iirc during his depo he told the state he would lie for arias (he also was the intended recipient of the magazine notes)

it is just my best guess as Juan intimated it during his cross (he asked if she ever had someone turn on her or something to that effect):twocents::twocents:

MM was who the magazine message was meant for. He did pretty much say that he would lie for her and Jodi was convinced of it. He was also the one that she claimed had supposedly seen the bruises on her neck from the strangling claim, and JA said that they had talked about it. Juan asked her if she was sure about that, so he suggested that they call MM on the phone in court. They did call and MM said that he had never seen any bruises on JA and had never had any discussion with JA about TA supposedly strangling her. The look on her face was priceless. Matt obviously has had a change of heart about his willingness to lie for Jodi!!!
