It was the Enquirer because they even wrote a story about her bringing two letters to them, telling them that she had more but Jodi wanted to release them later. The Enquirer turned her down because they had already heard that JA had forged them. When the Enquirer won't print something then you know it had to be really badly faked.

I think this judge is afraid of doing anything "wrong" so there's no issues later for appeals and what not. She seemingly has no control over her own courtroom, the defense team is telling when they should take lunch or afternoon breaks, she is allowing edited/altered evidence. eesh.
