Why does the defense get to see the questions ahead of time, allowing them to make-up answers ? Nonsense.. more nonsense.

Yuppers. Then they get to weed through questions in case someone asked a question that was not in evidence, blah blah blah. However, I bet the juror who doesn't get a question answered is gonna be pi55ed.

Agree 100%...but will the jury see it that way....?
I really wouldn't want to guess, honestly. There's still a whole lot of trial left.
Today, at the very end of her testimony, is the only time in 15 days I've found her even remotely believable or sympathetic.

To be clear I have no sympathy for her. But today's the first time I can see why someone not intimately familiar with PD might. I'm kinda biased. ;)

However, we still have cross of experts and the State's rebuttal. If the State presents their own DV expert or forensic psychiatrist/psychologist I don't expect Jodi's testimony to even begin to matter.

We'll know better after jury questions I think.

Nurmi is sooo unprofessional addressing the judge slumped in his chair like a disrespectful Jr High kid. He is worried about objections going into his lunch time..LOL ...

The jurors have 100 questions!! Holy smokes! Good for them!
The defense counsel shouldn't be allowed to review the questions with their client.. if she is honest on the stand then why does she need to prepare??
MOO! (With minimal court experience!)

I totally agree! :gavel:

Thats not A COLD SORE ON HER LIP----SHE IS TRYING TO GROW A NEW NOSE TO KEEP UP WITH LIES

He is practically putting the words into her mouth, and she still isn't saying them.
If she wanted to be dead, she would be, just as Travis is.
Taking 20 Advil over a few days, and putting a paper cut on her wrist while she was under arrest is not a suicide attempt. Interviews with 48 Hours and Inside Edition for 'national television' is not keeping a secret.

Thank goodness, he rested - for now. Holy Cow, 100 questions from the jury.

Number 1 Jury question...

CAN YOU SHUT HER UP?

I do not understand this at all. Preparing to answer questions about everything you've just spent two weeks rattling on about? How is this fair? She needs to get these as cold questions and answer them. Period.

What is wrong with the system in Arizona?

Well then Nurmi can tell Jodi was to say. That's not right.

For all the times Jodi has been choked or hit and passed out and all the times she's talked about committing suicide it's amazing she isn't dead yet!

Is it good or bad that the jury has a 100 questions?

I think it's good. Although I bet Nurmi will object to over half of them!

  • #2,174
I predict at least a day for KN to voice his objections to the questions. I can't see him doing that in 1 hour.

Me tooo totaly it gives one the impression that they have serious doubts as to this new changing of events. So who answers these questions that are asked the inmate or! The defense or state
Sorry I am confoozed.
Help someone

the approved questions are asked by the judge to JA who has to answer to the jury. Nurmi and JM normally don't intervene (as far as what I've seen in the past).

MOO

I have to say...that little performance of hers at the end didn't do anything for me. I can't see how it would have moved the jury either...not one little bit.
