what do you all make of the defense atty that practices in AZ (sometimes against JM) saying that Juan M "attack dog" questioning could be his own liability. Claiming that JM does not know when to stop and jurors do not like it??

I think Mel is a jerk and I think Juan knows what he's doing. He's experienced and put women in Arizona on Death Row, he clearly doesn't alienate juries, and knows when to tone it down.
