I am not sure if a computer can be used. If my phone is not in my personal possession and laying on a table, anyone can pick it up and use it. I had someone at work send text messages and read my text messages while my phone laid on my desk and was not present.

Quick question. Why does that Dr. Drew juror Katie always sit on the defense side? She keeps moving up rows. Is it for more camera time?

Not saying this to be derogatory - but I think the gallery on the defense side shows up more often on the camera simply because of camera placement in the courtroom. At least it appears that way to me.

As katiecoolady mentioned Katie Wick is hoping to land a job over this, so it makes sense to be seated where the camera is more likely to see her more often. Jmv.

not blaming the victim, but there is SO much more he could have done to get rid of her. He could have called the police, got a restraining order, change the locks etc. If one thing is not working then keep on trying until something does work.

IF It came down to extreme measures, he could have moved out of Arizona if he had too.

yes..I have tmobile..

I can either send text by my phone, or log into my tmobile website, and send text to my husbands phone through the computer on tmobile..

not sure what Jodi what provider jodi had tho? but I know I can send text via pc to my husbands cell phone..

Oh good, fill me in I had not seen any stats on his convictions and that atty made it sound like he did not have a good record?? He stated JM "got the lowest manslaughter conviction in a 1st degree case against him.

Google Wendi Andriano....and see the similarities between these cases. There are others...but someone more familiar can help more
