WHY are they using these txt msg's? They back up what everyone has said about Travis trying to get Jodi to leave him alone. How more plain can anyone be? They acted like teenaged kids going back and forth.

Nurmi has been raising his voice at her... me thinks he's getting her ready for cross...

First I would like to thank everyone that watches the trial for putting the highlights out there. I don't get to follow it like I would like but I was streaming a little earlier and saw JA mom and aunt enter the court room. I was a little surprised at how happy they seemed. I understand and realize you can't judge people for something their family has done but it just seemed unappropriate to me. I would just expect people to be somber especially if their child was on trial for murder. I was also surprised to see that they could just come into the court room after court had started. I just expected court to be a little more formal than that.

That's exactly what I did. By court order he has to have my address though because he is only allowed to write to our children. Because of his criminal convictions its unlikely he'd be able to procure a passport.

4,944 miles and an ocean. And no, there's really not a time I still don't fear him somewhere in my consciousness. Some days are better than others.
