Couldnt something had been said back there that made them laugh. They are only humans. Why cant they laugh?

I really think the comments about JA family shouldnt be. IMOO they could not help what she did. I feel bad for them. Not JA by any means.

What in the world could have made them laugh in this court of law ?

Maybe Nurmi is bringing out because he thinks he can spin it before the prosecution does? Maybe he plans on showing that Travis' language was manipulative?

I keep trying to look at this testimony as having a point, but for the life of me I can't figure out what it could possibly be. ALL the testimony so far seems detrimental to the defense.

Anybody wanna bet that Nurmi had planned to leave the jury with something to think about over the long weekend (like what's for dinner?) but the judge got sick and if Nurmi tries to make testimony last for three days so that the jury will have the weekend... I will be fervently praying that this tactic backfires and bites his a$$. Hard.

I laughed out loud due to the same reason, thinking that his plan for endinding after drawing it out messed into his strategy.
