YES!! The jury and alllll of America felt that sneaky, creepy person standing behind us, in silence... staring like a psycho. That zipped by in her sweet voice, but was BIG. The jury did NOT miss it, believe me.

Why would she not call-out already? Why is she standing there silent "a minute" -- in the wee hours -- while he has his back to her?

There are people who're shot for doing this every day. This is why JM tacked on the burglary charge. I think he's right.
