Nope. She doesn't have to say/explain any such activities. Her "Battered Woman Trance" allows her to skip explaining all of that. All she has to do is "wake up" driving on the road, in the desert, with blood all over her.

She doesn't have to say she remembers anything until right before she calls Gus from the road, screaming & crying "Travis is dead!"

I believe Jodi planned to kill Travis on her way to Utah... So she drops by his house in the middle of the night. snuck in the doggy door with gun and knife... and planned on killing him soon as she got there.. probably planned on cleaning up better than she did, because she had arrived so early in the morning and would of had time to clean up any evidence of her being there. When she saw Travis... saying she watched him for about 30-45 secs..probably was about ready to pull the trigger then the dog alerted her presence, she had to go to plan b..stay the night, have one last fling with him, then kill him when he's in a vulenerable postion.

Please let them know we are all here for them and for Travis. And we don't believe a word of this crap she is spewing. Gosh... knowing she watched him without his knowing really gave me chills.

Other than infuriating, this is so sad. What she did was worse than what the defense suggests as self-defense (just showing up and committing the crime), I guess, the calculation... going there with the master plan to get him vulnerable and exposed. Literally at one's most vulnerable, naked and cornered in one's own home and own shower after they've had sex in his own bed with a woman who showed up in the middle of the night likely aggressive and dominant, taking pictures with toys and gear. Defenseless and faced with a gun and a knife. She wanted him to feel safe and secure and distracted and disarmed in his own space and then inflicted hell and torture on him.

She is inhumane. :furious:

Not only that, but people don't realize how hard it is to kill someone unless it's the (pardon the phrase) "perfect spot".

She shot him... that didn't kill him - he can't live because he'll "tell" on her...

She stabbed him... that didn't work, so she kept stabbing him.

Still breathing... so she slit his throat...

She did everything because he wasn't so easy to kill... and the poor guy suffered as the result of her not knowing the correct way to kill someone.

PS: I am not knocking the religion, i am knocking the behavior of the individuals. If acting like a gentleman and a lady are important then do it and get out of everyone's bed and date the old fashioned way.. Take her to dinner, kiss her on the cheek and walk her to the door..
