We copulated for 28 minutes, 17 seconds. I had fuchsia toenail polish with a clear coat.

No, I'm sorry. I don't remember if there were cars in the driveway when I arrived.

From reading the updates, she certainly is having selective memory loss. If she can remember that napolean was "gently snoring", then she certainly should know what Travis said to her upon arrival (not just what he did), and know if there were any other cars in the driveway.

I call bullchit....like I've been doing for the past 7 days of testimony!

:banghead:

Ok. My blood went cold with that stare she gave to a Travis family member. No facial expression. Just a dead stare. Ive never seen anything like it in my life! Very scary! And are we actually moving forward?!

Have tons of notes lots and lots to share when I get home

Please let Travis's family know they have a LOT of supporters out here that are sending them hugs and prayers.

Did she just deny that she didn't STEAL the gun. Could she have "borrowed it" instead? Or will it somehow misakenly have been placed in the suitcase and she dicovered it when unpacking.
I dunno, I am so confused with her lies.

THERE YOU ARE!!! I been wondering where you have been Linda!

I am in the library and will miss the murder part when I drive home from tutoring... but I am not upset about missing it.

Been watching on my iPhone, I forgot to bring my ipad today...

I actually think she would have killed him right away, but the Dog saved Travis when he spotted her lurking in the room trying to get close to him.

I think she wanted to try and convince him to take her to Cancun. If the answer was still NO, then...

So there you are, minding your own business in your own home, then you turn around and there's the sociopath stalker, silently watching you.

I think I would have Sh**** myself.

I'm starting to think that the nightmare started at that instant, and from that point, through all the photo posing and up until the bitter end, she was holding Travis at gunpoint or knifepoint.

This ***** is creepier than Hitchcock and that's saying a lot.

I am sitting on my hands  because I would really like to say something un-mod-like

I wanted to as well but I'm scared of the mods.......especially Kimster and her ray gun...never had it fired on me--don't want to....no

could be age of dog....hearing going out...my pug sometimes sleeps thru things that should wake her but don't----

I've had one dog in my life, American Eskimo Spitz -had her for 12 years, and nothing got past those ears of hers.

I may not know much about dogs, but I can't even sneak to the bathroom without my cat knowing it, even when she's in a sound sleep. She was growling at the wind blowing outside last night, lol!

Not only that, but people don't realize how hard it is to kill someone unless it's the (pardon the phrase) "perfect spot".

She shot him... that didn't kill him - he can't live because he'll "tell" on her...

She stabbed him... that didn't work, so she kept stabbing him.

Still breathing... so she slit his throat...

She did everything because he wasn't so easy to kill... and the poor guy suffered as the result of her not knowing the correct way to kill someone.

The ME said without help he would have died from all three types of wounds.

I think she stabbed him in the heart and then slit his throat and to make sure he was dead she shot him in the head.

Its very easy to kill someone..........she wanted to overkill him and she did.

Ugh! I have to leave soon to pick up my kids from school. I wish the court would take the afternoon break 40 minutes later!

I wonder how he is going to stall for the next hour or so. I really don't think he wants to end the testimony on her description of the murder.

Not even hollywood could script this. I wonder if JA will become a case study, she is beyond sick and twisted.:what:

At least we don't have to worry about her writing a book. She has already spewed all of her lies, one by one, on and on. Heck, they can't even make a movie about this trial, everyone would fall asleep in the theatre. B.O.R.I.N.G.

im not a violent person at all but I feel so much rage towards Jodi, wish someone would take her out like she butchered Travis..

Hate feeling that way, but I feel the pain that Travis's family is going through.. when I was younger a childhood friend was butchered simular to Travis back in the 70's.. Killer's name was Todd Ice

Good to know I'm not the only one feeling this way...its unbearable at this point..Travis' poor family..

the answer to why she didn't shoot him right away or before 5:30 is, she had to wait until the roommate was gone.
