I will never believe that Jodi just wanted to shoot Travis. If that was the case the knives would have never been in the picture especially when you have a petite girl versus a big strong guy. She wanted to primarily use the knife so that Travis would suffer. She kept the gun as a back-up.
The knife was cathartic in a way that a gun could never be. For a monster like her.

316 guests? Come join the party. It's easy and new theories are always welcome and we have friendly emus that serve soft drinks during the breaks.*

*That last part about the emus serving soft drinks was a total lie. :dunno:

Her whole story is complete fiction except for the part she admits being in the house.

Where was Napoleon for the five days after the killing?

He was still in the house. IIRC, one of the roomates were feeding the dog because they thought TA was away. Also to note that TA always let Napoleon roam free around the house, but in days after his murder the doggy gate was blocking the dog from going upstairs to the bedroom.

I believe Jodi planned to kill Travis on her way to Utah... So she drops by his house in the middle of the night. snuck in the doggy door with gun and knife... and planned on killing him soon as she got there.. probably planned on cleaning up better than she did, because she had arrived so early in the morning and would of had time to clean up any evidence of her being there. When she saw Travis... saying she watched him for about 30-45 secs..probably was about ready to pull the trigger then the dog alerted her presence, she had to go to plan b..stay the night, have one last fling with him, then kill him when he's in a vulenerable postion.
Oh, she planned it before she left Yreka. The inconspicuous rental car with upside down license plates, the gun and knife, the gas cans (so she could say she was never in AZ- never bought gas there), the dyed hair... ever since Travis confronted her and told her she was a lying sociopath and to leave him alone!! Plus she knew he was taking Mimi to Cancun, not her!!!

Did she just deny that she didn't STEAL the gun. Could she have "borrowed it" instead? Or will it somehow misakenly have been placed in the suitcase and she dicovered it when unpacking.
I dunno, I am so confused with her lies.

I knew it! I will bet she's gonna claim it was his and part if a sex game!!!

Touches her face, jaw area, when telling about how she woke up 20 or 30 minutes before Travis woke.

Plenty of time to get her knife and gun inside the house so that she would be ready.

It's coming now.

After the murder, Nurmi wants to know why the denial that she was there.

Answer? I did it for Travis. Didn't want anyone to know we were together in 'that' way. Nor did I want anyone to know what a pedophile he was.

But then you said intruders killed Travis.

Yes, she'll say. One male, and one female. I was referencing Travis and myself. We killed him in defense of me. He wanted it that way.

Get ready folks.

Here comes the ride...

:rollercoaster:

Re: how she "let herself in." Travis's friends found his body by letting themselves in via knowing the code to enter through his garage. Jodi may have done the same, just punched the code and 'Open Sesame'. Sure sounds like that's the part of the home she came to first, the laundry room, which was across from his office, where he was watching videos.

I've had one dog in my life, American Eskimo Spitz -had her for 12 years, and nothing got past those ears of hers.

I may not know much about dogs, but I can't even sneak to the bathroom without my cat knowing it, even when she's in a sound sleep. She was growling at the wind blowing outside last night, lol!

I'm just saying.....normally she is right there but the last few weeks--I've noticed--she lives for me (I'm a food source)--if I leave she is in my bathroom--when I return she is there to greet me--however, yesterday--I was able to go about her and she didn't even notice...she was in a deep little sleepy mode...however, if our neighbor would be over she would be over him in a minute (he has offered her treats--she ain't buying--always been nice--)

2:10 pm pacific time my roast is already done....(oppsie--dh cut roast little--I thought the heat was low enough....)

I stuck a chicken in the oven at 2:02 pm MT. It was a little frozen as I did not take it out of the freezer in time to defrost all the way as my frappie took a bit longer because the power surged while it was being blended and the strawberries which are by truck and with the cost of gas being so high are getting expensive, did not whip correctly. I don't mind as fibre is a good thing and the seeds that get stuck in my teeth will get flossed out later but not with the mint floss just the regular floss.
