ok...I've pressed the "multi-quote" button but it does't highlight anything or help me to "multi-quote" in any way. What now?

With all the talk about the photos on a CD, I couldn't help but think that Travis asked for the pictures back because of threats she had made about making them "public". Just a feeling I got.
Sorry...random thought.

You're still ahead of me! All I have is a quote button. Just one.

Meh, not so much. I'm a middle aged mom, pay my taxes, belong to the PTA.

I just have the hots for Mr. Knot and we like to have fun on occasion! Nothing freaky about that!

One time, we even stayed up past midnight.....:floorlaugh:

------------
Hi, I'm still waiting for Dr. Vass.~~I know I'm to old for him :floorlaugh: :seeya:

Enough for me tonight! Good night everyone! See you tomorrow!

thanks for all your astute observations and reports. i know it has to make your guts ache to be there like you are..

do sociopaths or psychopaths ever get depressed? i mean i can't imagine being in the circumstances that jodi is in and not feel totally hopeless and depressed.

Not really. She will IMO just get angry and do terribly at trying to hide it.

Thank you so much. I waited up and glad i did. your insights are great. Glad Travis's family has embraced you. Will you be there tomorrow?

Yes, for the afternoon and all day Thursday.

Oh and yeah on the break I was talking to Beth about the whole In Session horrible situation (she's pretty devastated) and of course the "corset lady" from my first day in her bizarre outfit du jour blasts up and totally interrupts our conversation blathering about how much she loves the old Court TV, etc. There are some real nuts showing up there and frankly I have no patience for them.

I was able to give Beth a big hug and tell her how wonderful she's been.

I also talked to Jean C on the street who seemed surprised I even knew it had happened (they were just informed over the weekend) . But she was gracious.

Also I got to see PASA! Who got in herself!!

Nothing you can see happens when you hit the multi-quote button. But, hit it now on this post. Then hit the reply button on another post....you will see it then.

He's prompting her constantly. "Are you sure you weren't feeling..."?

It's so obvious and totally exaggerated today. She's making mistakes now and obviously feeling the fatigue...of herself. She's not even keeping up her lies well.

Katie, thank you for supporting Travis and his family. I am so sad they have to go through this. Really sad. And thanks for your reports about the court room.

It doesn't do anything apparent. Go the the next post you want to quote and the software puts BOTH quotes in the reply box.

I've been here I think since 2005 and still haven't figured it out! Lol

Thank you but what about the prosecution's???

Once I took my seat, I was handed a blue ribbon to pin on my shirt with two tiny pearls. It was absolutely daunting sitting up there with the family.

Ok to my notes:

Jurors closest to JA not looking at her...at all, whether she's talking or not

Not one juror looks at her as they walk in or out. She stands there with her "Von Trapp family" ;) stance staring at them as if they are looking back when in fact, not one of them looks at her...EVER.

Nurmi wearing chunky Doc Martens. He just lumbers around the courtroom like the Beast from Beauty and the Beast and that's flattering.

JA was staring at someone in the gallery with a totally blank stare.

Nurmi drags everything out. He glared at us in the hall as he walked in. It's like he's trying to be so fierce but he's faking it.

Juan walked past us and someone said "we're waiting for you" and he put his fingers in the shhhhh to his lips and silienty did that shhhh.

Juan's nostrils flaring during direct. Whispering to Flores during something (no notation on that). I wrote SHE"S LYING next to that.

Jury's not buying it. There is again only ONE juror who concerns me. He still concerns me. But just one.

THANK YOU SO MUCH!!!!! You have no idea how many of us were chomping at the bit to hear your report!

Where are the jurors looking if not at jodi?

Who is the one juror who bothers you and why?

TIA!!!!!!!

Most attentive juror is the tri colored hair in the front row. She takes notes constantly. Closest juror to JA is further than I'd remembered..at least 18 feet away. It's FAR.

JM whispers to Flores when she testifies about a Buddhist Monastery. He writes little notes at times. NOT ONE juror looking at her regarding gun theft testimony

Several jurors take notes after "red cars get pulled over more often" commeent.

Male juror in the back row, hispanic, long LONG ponytail/braid looks bored. Barely looks up,, even at exhibits (photos today).

Juan takes notes as she talks about her McDonald's nap and proposed visit to Santa Cruz to see "he who will not be named and lives in a motor home".

Juan takes notes regarding gas can testimony.

I'm wondering if you could give a run down on each juror - nick name them or something, what they look like and where they are sitting? I hate to ask you to do more than you are already doing, though!

Unfortunately, there is no way to debunk it. Travis was a 31 year old man. If he could carry on a secret thing with Jodi, he could have purchased a gun without anyone knowing. I really hope I am wrong, but I think this is what we are going to hear. :(

Reasonable doubt...:(

Yeah, but what is more logical? That Travis bought a girl gun he never told anyone about, that jodi coincidentally found as he was attacking her, or that jodi used the gun "stolen" from her home a week before the murder, a gun that has never been found?

I don;t think the jury will try to do mental gymnastics in order to explain things. Hopefully!

I really hate to ask and bother but is there a YouTube link for today's Testimony? I only caught a brief bit before the lunch break. I would so appreciate a link :please:

I was so glad to have my journal as there were many times I could feel this feeling rising in me that wanted to just scream, literally. Listening to this sociopath being aided and abetted by her lumbering , boring, arm twirling attorney painting HER in to a victim is absolutely maddening.

As they got closer to her being in Travis' house and describing things, T's Aunt Heather who was 2 seats from me started crying fairly loudly. She just burst in to tears. Frankly so did I hearing her. It was very very sad...no matter how much this crazy b**** is lying, some of this was descriiptive of his last hours on earth. It was devastating to be near that.

Oh. So sad to hear. I can't imagine.

Miss katie, thank you so much for being there for us. The family must appreciate your presence. You know exactly what they are going through.

I don't believe they feel normal human emotions.

One thing I did love though is that the word "sociopath" being descriptive of Jodi came in today...through Travis. Also the word "evil". I don't think that was lost on the jury.

I can't say that I noticed that at all. I didn't notice her looking at all at JM.

Thank you! I didn't think she would be, but she was convinced. It seemed like the stream I watched today stayed focused on JA so I wouldn't have been able to tell who she was looking at.

She said the sex-rope knife was from his butcher block. She elaborated that they pulled the rope from the bedroom to the bathroom in order to have credibility that TA placed the knife in the bathroom. So, what do you think she will say happened to the knife?

She's going to say she put it back in the butcher block, even though that is clearly a flat-out lie. Or hell, maybe she'll say she put the knife and gun in the washing machine with the camera and has no idea what happened to them or why police didn't recover them. No telling with her, except it will certainly be outlandish.

I agree about her showering standing over him. I don't have a link to the police report, but I remember reading that Detective Flores noticed a cardboard box on the floor of the closet that had a mark on it, basically a line that showed how high the water mixed with blood was on the bathroom floor. I believe it was two or three inches. If the water was running in the shower and nothing was blocking the drain, I can't imagine you would have that much water on the floor. I can't really imagine her just washing him off long enough for that much water to flood the floor either. I feel like she did wash up in the shower while he was in it and he was blocking the drain.

The water mark on the box in the closet does NOT mean that was how high the water was. Water wicks upward as the cardboard absorbs it.

If you ever try watercolor painting, you can experiment with putting a drop of color on a wet or dry surface and then again on a tilted surface.

Thank you. I had not seen that interview.

However, it still goes back to the caliber of the gun used and the irony it was the same as had been reported stolen from her grandparents.

MOO

I wish the jury could put a sign on their forehead "STUPID"
