I keep thinking about the defense's attempts to put Travis in the wrong. Through all the testimony they've presented, all they've managed to do for me is make Travis a real person. I'm seeing a flawed person (not unlike myself...), but not an abuser. I'm seeing a PERSON. This is not inclining me to feel any mitigating emotions for JA. I can't think of any tale she'll spin tomorrow that would sway me in her direction. EVERYTHING she's been barfing out there re: the last days screams that she is the one with the stalking/control problem. It even sounds to me like during this last visit, she was following him around the house and being a pest, and he probably got more and more forceful about PLEASE LEAVE.

And I have to say that Nurmi's style can be tedious, but he has nothing to work with, in my opinion. I swear I'm picking up on vibes that she is driving him crazy, too, and that he really would like so much NOT to be in this role.

(Magpie, great news about your kitty! BEEN THERE with the sick ones and I know how heartbreaking it can be. Wonderful that you're seeing a recovery!)

Just wait until Juan gets ahold of her. She won't know which end is up. There is no way on Gods Green Earth she can remember all the lies she has spewed in the past few weeks. No way.

Haha! I started a photo album on my WS page, but the only pics in it so far are of my baby cat Blondie, and the pics are HUGE. I need to resize them if I can figure that out on this Macbook and upload some pics of Gingey and Cosmo too. I love kitties. Heck, I love all animals! Will post the link to photo album in my siggy when I get finished with the album.

On the mac open the pic in preview, then in file menu pick duplicate.
then save - this should open a slide bar that controls the pic quality - lower it.

Way back in the day (you know, "the" day, I loved "the" day... what a good day that was -lol) there was a program on FB called "Dog Book". I don't know if it's still on there. You could create a profile for your dog. My dog was so much more popular than I was.

Travis seemed to go on a lot of trips and I think I read he would board Napoleon. I hope he did not leave the little guy home too often with the roommates who seemed to pay him no mind. So: TA alone: did not pick up Napolean from kennel yet. I am not making myself clear, but too tired to rewrite. I don't think it is wierd but I am not the person to really comment. I have let our dog "talk" on the phone to my husband when he was overseas.

I get what you're saying, Sulamith, I think. What I'm referring to, however, is the attorney asking Jodi, "Was Travis alone" and she said, "No, Napolean was there". Or "Who all was present?" and she would say "Me, Travis and Napolean." Just seems weird to me.

Having your dog "talk" on the phone while your husband was deployed is NOT weird to me. (When my now-15 year old was a newborn and I went back to work, my mom would leave me messages at my desk of the baby making her baby noises. Such a comfort, it still brings a smile to my face to think of it!)

Jodi said she woke up first, around 12:30 and Travis after that, closer to 1pm.

I seem to remember in Flores report that there was an outgoing call from Travis's cell phone at 1213 (military time)

Confused ...

On the day of the murder, JA said they had sex upon waking around 12ish pm.

Then, they took nude pics around 1ish pm with TA laying on a fully made bed, laying on top of the comforter.

Sometime later the sheets are placed in the washer, JA doesn't remember if she or TA put them in, then clarifies that she may have been the one who put them in the washer.

My question: In the midst of the above description, that fully made bed just seems peculiar to me. I know not much of what she says adds up and is full of lies, but does this fully made bed in the nude photos make any sense to anyone? TIA

I would LOVE to know how Napoleon reacted to JA. DOGS KNOW! At least mine do. If they don't like someone, there is usually a reason why!

I'm glad to hear I'm not the only one with a dog who senses something is not right with someone. My dog bit my sons girlfriend who was a very nervous person. She was nice but my dog hated her.

Well according to Nurse, who remembers more than I from the defense opening, Willcott did not specify anal sex that time. Either way, JA is going off script, which is why her defense team is twitching.

That made me so freakin' mad. She tried to imply that he used to beat his puppy. Why else would a dog leave the room when his owner got angry?

So Travis likes pre-pubescent children, zip tying his girlfriend to trees, and he beats his puppy too?

....when my ex lived here, and would yell/hurt me--my longtime faithful 100lb dog would hide in the bathroom (he also hid there during a thunder storm). This dog was mine before ex was even in my life....he was 2 when I rescued him, so he might have had a past trauma with "yelling". I wish I knew. I also wish he would have tried to protect me....

ITA with you--I highly doubt naps was abused by TA...

I work with dogs for a living (note k9 in my nick)...
