When and by whom was the sex the (may or may not have) had in the office determined to be 'rough' sex - and why?

I have to go back and look, I guess, but far as I can tell it may have been a quickie - so things happened fast - but what about it made it forced or rough? Not talking about what JA said led up to it, but the physical interaction - was she harmed or injured? I'm confused.

Now for her next trick: What about the gun? Well, you know that'll be TA's gun. I guess when they go upstairs for shower photos, he's going to bring it out of his dresser or from under his mattress. Why would he do this? Possibly because he just bought it and wanted to show it off to her.

So, he conveniently has a sociopath-stalker pop-up at his house, has bought a gun, shows gun off to psycho, and then walks away from the gun... so that sociopath-stalker can use it against him.

Yeah right. This gun lie will be quite the whopper!

I know that when I whip out the rope for kinky time, I too find it very important to stretch out the rope, measure it, and cut it into nice even pieces to tie my partner up with.

That's usually a major area of concern in the 'tie me up' fantasy. Gotta get the rope pieces juuuuust right!

I think Nurmi is going to keep her on the stand with direct all week. They have to cover the murder, then the aftermath, including the trip to Utah, her return home, and what happened when the body was found. They have a lot of messed up stuff to try and explain away.

I don't think JM will get his chance until next Tuesday. :waiting:

Actually there is no evidence that they had sex that day at all. All we have is Travis laying on the bed when his penis isnt erect. And supposedly at that time they were going to video themselves having sex so why wasnt he 'in the mood' in the snapshots of him?

I theorize that it didn't exist. It's only role was to give the knife a reason to be in the bedroom at Travis' hand, not hers. Blame him for the knife by way of dirty sex scenario.

And the ME said the blade alone would have to be at least a 6in blade. My hubby's pocket knife is smaller in length with a much thinner blade.

This sounds more like a large switchblade or possibly a sturdy lethal KBar military knife.

You can be sure the knife, or what's left of it, has a long fixed or locking blade.

I believe it was fixed blade.

I laughed out loud on that one.

I am glad I wasn't drinking anything when Nurmi asked. So we are to believe that Travis hired Jodi to take photos of his dog and she was to shrink them so that they could go on the dog's Facebook page? Seriously? She couldn't come up with something better than that?

If this was for real it would take a few minutes to change the size on photos and she could have emailed them. This was made out to be such a big deal and it was soooo ridiculous.
