So, despite being on Team Martinez/Alexander, I tried to look over today's testimony to see if there was anything the DT gained ground on...

I got nothin'. Another empty day from what I can see. Any/everything she said about her feelings, Travis' moods, the sex stuff, how he reacted when she showed up, etc. are not believable to me. Her emotional reactions and voice inflections seemed the most fake and disconnected I've seen yet...



Anyone else?

The rope for bondage had to be really long since TA had a sleigh bed, so, he had to cut it in the bathroom. Why was that again?

You could see and hear as she spun that yarn what a lie she herself knew it was when she was uttering it.

Despite what some claim, I am convinced that JA does not believe her own lies.

If that's what you think, then I think you're giving her WAY too much credit.

I agree wholeheartedly....as does my niece who is a court reporter. Said she has never seen a judge allow some of the happening ....ie: the defense attorney constantly going back and forth from one date/event to another and back again is coming from either an inexperienced attorney or one who is trying to confuse/mislead the jury. She said most judges would let the attorney know to get his act together, and do it quickly. She said she has never seen a judge allow a defendant to write a book for each answer and lastly she said she has never seen a judge allow the defense attorney to blatantly lead the defendant and/or testify for the defendant. In my nieces' words this is a fuster cluck. She asked if this is the judges first DP trial? Does anyone know??

I don't know if it's her first trial, but it cuts down on their reasons in a appeal. If Arias gets first degree or the DP.

Why the eff would she bring luggage into his house, or would he let her? She arrived at 4am. She was supposed to leave the next day to see Ryan. LUGGAGE?! She only planned to be inside for like 12 hours, MAX. A toothbrush, maybe -- but LUGGAGE?!

She made a mega mistake leaving the camera, but remembered to get rid of the weapons, and the floor mats in the car.

I wonder how she'll explain away--- I mean blame Travis for -- the camera ending up in the washer. Not that it really matters but nothing can reflect poorly on her so she'll find a way to dump that on him, I imagine.

I am glad I wasn't drinking anything when Nurmi asked. So we are to believe that Travis hired Jodi to take photos of his dog and she was to shrink them so that they could go on the dog's Facebook page? Seriously? She couldn't come up with something better than that?

If this was for real it would take a few minutes to change the size on photos and she could have emailed them. This was made out to be such a big deal and it was soooo ridiculous.

Question . . . since not many of the Jurors took notes in the beginning of the trail . . can they go back and review tape of the testimony to note JA's lies to date?

I had always thought that the sheets in the washer were an 'afterthought' to get rid of dna, so that is how the camera got in the sheets and into the washer. The lack of clean up and the amount of blood seems like everything is in total chaos. She just 'did' things, no thought process.

Today it seems we find out that the sheets made it to the washer without the camera. She is upstairs taking pictures of TA in the shower with his camera while the sheets are in the washer. And she put them there herself before getting a shower. She intentionally put the camera in the washer, she did think or was clearheaded enough to try and get rid of evidence.

So, anything is possible at this point IMHO.

I highly doubt it.

And the ME said the blade alone would have to be at least a 6in blade. My hubby's pocket knife is smaller in length with a much thinner blade.

This sounds more like a large switchblade or possibly a sturdy lethal KBar military knife.

There are photo's of Travis (and Jodi) hiking and camping, so I'm sure he had one. Maybe Dan Freeman would know?

Sounds work to go thru when she said she could get her hands out of the "noose" any time she wanted.
