JMO but as many times as she stabbed him and the amount of blood as there was, I would have to think there was blood and/or tissue in areas underneath the handle. I don't think she would be smart enough to take the knife apart. I firmly believe she brought the knife with her....as she did the gun. I would e willing to bet every knife in Travis' home was taken apart and tested.

I wonder how she'll explain away--- I mean blame Travis for -- the camera ending up in the washer. Not that it really matters but nothing can reflect poorly on her so she'll find a way to dump that on him, I imagine.

We know that the second laundry load happened AFTER the murder---so she is going to have to explain why she decided to do laundry for the abuser that she just killed in self defense.

Why bother with the office sex story at all? How does it help her? How does it relate to Travis ending up dead?

She didn't kill him immediately after whatever did/didn't happen in the office - the photos testify to that... so they had sex in the office (maybe) and then time elapsed, Travis got in the shower and then...

So how is that whole story relevant? It can't be corroborated or reasonably proven in any way whatsoever, not even forensically - I don't see any evidence of abuse, personally...

Tangential deflection? Gee, how insulting.

She should really spare Travis' family even one more minute of this. For their sake, I hope she offers a LWOP plea tomorrow rather than:

- face Juan Martinez
- have to explain the murder.

For MY sake - I want to see JM in action with this defendant.

Yep another reminder on NG. The testimony on the grandparents house being "robbed" was extremely vague. Nurmi has been trying to confuse by skipping around, but for me skipping that point was glaring.

Ya with that amount of blood she would have had to wash the knife holder and probably blood would have ended up on the kitchen counter, in the sink. It was just to much blood to get rid of. So she had to have taken both weapons.

It must be that Travis would have wanted the camera washed. Everything else she does seems to be because "Travis wanted her to." She is something else....but her time's comin' soon.

Another discrepancy from today (maybe it's been mentioned I am way behind reading posts) Why would she have packed those picture Cd's for Travis in the rental car? She testified she had not planned to visit him.

On HLN tonight, they had a clip of Jodi testifying about the photo CDs. In court she stated that she had kept them in her briefcase because she had been intending to give these to Travis for some time.

Why did Jodi have a briefcase? She only pretended to work at that time. Her income from PPL was almost nonexistent many months. Pffffft!
If she had a briefcase, it was to store her sex toys and KY jelly.
