You guys are so awesome. I sit here all day alone while my kids are in school listening to this liaring murder (JA) yelling at the TV. Thank goodness I found websleuths so now I can actually voice my feelings instead of talking to myself! I was here for the CA trial too and you guys are really amazingly smart people and I love that we have the technology to all follow this together.

I had always thought that the sheets in the washer were an 'afterthought' to get rid of dna, so that is how the camera got in the sheets and into the washer. The lack of clean up and the amount of blood seems like everything is in total chaos. She just 'did' things, no thought process.

Today it seems we find out that the sheets made it to the washer without the camera. She is upstairs taking pictures of TA in the shower with his camera while the sheets are in the washer. And she put them there herself before getting a shower. She intentionally put the camera in the washer, she did think or was clearheaded enough to try and get rid of evidence.

So, anything is possible at this point IMHO.

Klly

Yes ITA! and don't forget poor Travis was rinsed off too once she stuffed him in the shower stall.. (often have wondered if she straddled TA to wash herself off as well)
I honestly do not want to hear the lies JA will come up with to excuse this part but see it coming IF she decides to remember the attempted cleanup.. arrgg :furious:

ME said none matched the wounds iirc

None were missing from the block

Seriously believe JA brought her own knife which she already knew was strong enough for multiple stab wounds. She wouldn't trust an ordinary kitchen knife.

MOO

Could she have washed it off with some peroxide and soap? And then stuck it back in the knife block?

Even washing it off....Luminol WILL pick it up from the "nooks & crannies"

On HLN tonight, they had a clip of Jodi testifying about the photo CDs. In court she stated that she had kept them in her briefcase because she had been intending to give these to Travis for some time.

Why did Jodi have a briefcase? She only pretended to work at that time. Her income from PPL was almost nonexistent many months.

But her plan was to go to some meetings in Utah. I think she maybe even did? I can't remember now from Ryan's testimony.

She had to stop somewhere for her emergency Brazilian ...she claims she was only hairless because that's the way Travis liked it.

Work has been crazy hectic, no chance to really follow the trial for the last week aside from very quick pop ins.

Quick question:

ARE WE THERE YET??

Have we gotten to the day of the murder yet or are we still dissecting the endless minutia of the life and loves of JA? TIA for anyone willing to simply answer yes we are there or no still more drivel to endure.

we made it to the shower. :thud:

This is where I'm confused, was Travis suppose to go to Cancun the next day? If yes, was he packed?

Travis was killed on the 4th and not leaving for Cancun trip until the 10th.

Her attorney said it was "rough vaginal sex" in her opening statement

Right...now I remember...

Didn't she say it was the only time they had vaginal sex and all the other times were anal and oral?

Was the KY found? Or did she take it with her?

I haven't read or heard anything about it, it's just kinda THERE in the pics.

I didn't hear her even mention anal sex today, but might have missed it, I had to walk away for awhile. She is so disgusting to me I can't stand to hear her voice.

What's this crap about telling trial watchers to sit on Jodi's side? I would have walked out !

Someone involved in the court system (sorry I can't recall who it was) said in the beginning of the case that in the courtroom there really AREN'T sides like there are in a wedding. That it would be ok to sit on either side; doesn't mean that you're supporting whichever side you're sitting behind.

If it meant getting a seat in a trial I wanted to see, I'd sit on either side. :moo:

Right, I know he was probably locked out of the master suite for all of it. But if he's anything like my dog... He was waiting right outside.

Good grief I was tired of hearing the word "shaking" today.

Wow Grammy Jean That is a great point, why did she have those CDs in the rental car..Hope JM is going to ask her about that.

She already said they were in her briefcase and had been for some time. Presumably, she'll say she brought her briefcase with her PPL purposes or whatever so she had them with her anyway.

Not me! No way, I wouldn't want even the appearance of being behind her, her mother or anyone there supporting her.

We're at the day, June 4 -2008. Moments before the crime, he is in the shower. Her defense attorney broke for the day just as they were about to venture down that road.

We were discussing how many more days on direct there might be. They still have to talk about the murder and the hours, days, weeks, and months after. Including her lies and interrogations. It could be a couple more days.

That's true. People tend to sit behind the side they're "on," but where you sit in the gallery has no significance.
