Just making a note JA testified they always did the laundry after sex.

She made it a point today to explain the laundry getting washed after sex. My guess is she will say she and TA put the laundry in the wash (and camera by accident) before they took the shower.

Then how did she take the pics?

In a case so chocked full of oddities, I think one of the weirdest is the fact his body was not found for 4 or 5 days. After JA described the floor plan it shocked me. All bedrooms upstairs and TA was dead in the shower and no one had a clue. I am surprised the dog did not alert either. I don't doubt it is true, but oh so freaky. jmo

Meaning: 1) She didn't premeditate this, and 2) her lying technique is falling apart.

Now for her next trick: What about the gun? Well, you know that'll be TA's gun. I guess when they go upstairs for shower photos, he's going to bring it out of his dresser or from under his mattress. Why would he do this? Possibly because he just bought it and wanted to show it off to her.

So, he has a sociopath-stalker pop-up at his house, has bought a gun, shows gun off to psycho, and then walks away from the gun... so that sociopath-stalker can use it against him.

Yeah right. This gun lie will be quite the whopper!

I think that she's going to say that she ran from the bathroom with him chasing her with the knife and fell near the bed and looked up and saw that there was a gun under the bed...Or something equally ridiculous. Whatever it will be - it will be ridiculous.

That brought a tear to my eye, too. Not sure what they're in for tomorrow. Sending them lots of prayers for strength and protection. Glad our angel, Katiecoolady, is there to offer support to them.

Travis' friend Aaron Mortensen who gave Travis' eulogy is on Dr. Drew. Talking about how sad it is that THIS is the picture being painted of his friend. Also talking about how JA attended Travis' memorial and approached Aaron and talked/manipulated him.


So, so sad and very chilling.

So, despite being on Team Martinez/Alexander, I tried to look over today's testimony to see if there was anything the DT gained ground on...

I got nothin'. Another empty day from what I can see. Any/everything she said about her feelings, Travis' moods, the sex stuff, how he reacted when she showed up, etc. are not believable to me. Her emotional reactions and voice inflections seemed the most fake and disconnected I've seen yet...

ITA. She was different today. Very much less sure of herself, and stumbling noticeably with her answers. Nurmi also seemed different today. It appears to me that they are not getting along (MOO). He seemed almost annoyed with her at times, and she seemed somewhat uncooperative.

Despite the solid evidence the prosecution had against her, Casey Anthony and Baez were almost always in lockstep. These two are "off". I understand why they didn't let Nurmi resign from the case as far as they were into it, but if an attorney and his client are not "getting along" is that any basis for appeal? I've read here that the attorney has to be provably remiss in his legal representation for ineffective counsel to be a successful appeal, but IMO he's sure not doing her any favors if he don't like her.

Maybe the verified attorney's here could provide some thoughts on that?

With just the parts I have been able to watch so far, she did seem quite "off script" today. I also have noticed it appeared Nurmi had to lead her questions more than usual for her to understand what answer she was supposed to give. She also appears to have more inconsistencies today.

The meltdown has begun.......bring on Juan!
