I wouldn't be surprised if she took it with her. That girl counts every penny. If Juan wants to make her crazy, he should contradict her math and her spelling. It will send her right off the deep end. Funny, the things that are important to her (money, grammer and spelling) and not important (human life)

Were those CD's ever found in Travis's office? I wonder if Jodi had put all the text messages, prior pictures, and the audio from the unauthorized sex tape on a CD, then played it for Travis in the office. Maybe she had promised to come and bring him all this stuff she was using to blackmail him? If that is the case, maybe he did throw it at her head? During her testimony today, she said the CD was scratched, the photos were thumbnail size, and she had promised to get Travis the originals. Wonder if she used it as a threat for Cancun or just in general?

I don't believe they ever went back upstairs together. I think Travis tossed her to the curb and she snuck back in while he was in the shower. JMO

I think those are the sex parts. She doesn't like hearing her involvement in the parts of the conversation. Gosh no. She stomached those violent death pictures like a trooper though.

There have been some offhand references to this, but nothing concrete that I recall. She told Flores that she had his pin number or bank account password.

I speculated at one time that Jodi had taken money out of his account and her murder deposits were putting money back to cover her theft -- she tells a different tale, but I still think it's possible or even likely that she took money from Travis. In one of the messages today, he said rather sternly that she better start paying him back, right around the time he was calling her a sociopath, liar and saying he had never been so betrayed - might have been referring to something like this.

I'm bringing this over from the last thread because I'm interested in all of your opinions on this!

I've noticed throughout her testimony that she always makes reference to Travis's dog as if he were a person. "Was Travis alone? No, Napolean was there". Even my very good friends who love their furry children don't refer to their pets as "being there" in the sense of "Are you home alone? No, Fuzzy and Cuddly are here with me."

I know that he was very dear to Travis, maybe he was dear to her, too. Or maybe it's a strategy to humanize her. It's baffling to me and I only mention it because I feel like it's overdone; even as far as her "accidentally" calling the dog by it's "nickname" 'Naps' and then correcting herself and calling him by his legal name.

Any thoughts?

I for one, agree with you on this. My pets are never mentioned by anyone
calling here. And I have four. If someone asks am I alone I assume
they mean human company.
Maybe Travis treated the dog as his child and Jodi being there often
just picked up on it. jmo (I think JA needs to be on the good side of
everyone right now) lol
