after listening to ja today. imo there is a lie that she did not even have to tell. when she said that she had an agreement with ta that he would not stay over his friends house with kids and when he did all she said was that he needed help. why even tell this lie. why did she not tell these friends that ta was a danger? she told no one that he was a danger to kids. because it was a lie. jmo

I'm skipping around threads because I can't keep up with them all.

I don't believe for a single second that it took that long for the dog to notice her. Not only would it have alerted on her coming into the house, let alone the ROOM, but it would have known the moment she pulled into the DRIVEWAY! Plus it was a rental car, so she can't even say that the dog knew it was her by the sound of the car. I call total BS on that one (I call it on MOST of what she said, but on that one at this particular moment). Even if she did not park in the driveway in the first place, the dog STILL would have alerted the moment she stepped ONTO the driveway. It's his territory; it's his JOB.

I don't believe she parked in the driveway either

This comment she made really freaked me out because they had split up and were moving on with their lives but she still obviously felt entitled to tell him where he could go? Doesn't make an iota of sense to me.

And they didn't have sex in his office she's just trying to explain evidence of her in there that's why she is saying he ejaculated on her back .. No sperm found. Even if he had there would have been some around.

Exactly. She washed up in the downstairs bathroom -- maybe cleaned the knife or something

Also I think the technical term is, she's "earmuffing" it.

Careful! JA might take that term to mean something entirely different - she'll then want to be known as the 5 hole wonder.

It's starting right now (10pm) on the East Coast.

Who had the xanax before? Hope it was Nurse so it was legal. So much cruelty in this world. So much hurt and heartbreak. :(

I'm so grateful for WS'ers
There is goodness in this world and it's alive and well here.

It is 10 PM here in the East and I am out for the night. Tried to wait up for Katiecoo. Just have to catch up with her details from court tomorrow. :(
Goodnight everyone.

I wonder where and who has Napoleon now?

WOW! i just finished listening to Part 3, of todays trial, I can not believe how many times JA said "I don't recall" OHHHH I'm getting worried again. I really hope this jury isn't believing her :/

This one is easy for her to "throw in" 4 years after the fact knowing full well that no one has mentioned seeing/knowing about a car on or off of the driveway.

I don't understand why DrDrews producers would even keep calling him back. He offers nothing new, his tale hasn't been vetted. No one bothers to even ask him how or if Jodi paid him for that phone!

Dr. Drew is so stupid that he doesn't see Gus for who he really is. The Dr. said that Gus is kind to his show because Dr. Drew did not prepare enough research on him before he had him on.

Even on tonight's show, Dr. Drew did not know enough to ask him the important questions such as

-You say you answered everything, but why didnt you answer the question you almost got contempt of court for?

-Why did you say she called you the night of the murder when you said you were leaving on trip the following day and that is day the body was found?

-If you really dont like the limelight, why were you bragging about making so much money and not even having to get out of bed.

Dr. Drew really bothers me because he claims to be so smart about things, but misses the obvious a lot of times. That other lady on the show next to him saw Gus for who he was, but the Dr. has no clue.

The ME said none matched the wounds. The murder weapon was never recovered. She took the knife just like she took the gun.

I'm looking forward to Jaun's questions, but I fully expect constant objections from the defense which will drive us all crazy.............

Anyone catch how freaked out and nervous JA was after those texts were read calling her a psycho & sociopath??? She looked VERY uncomfortable and extremely nervous.

Good on that.

Fry baby fry!!!

She would say that she was afraid, in shock, unable to register what had happened. Geez, KC gave this as the reason that she went out partying for 30 days without reporting her daughter missing...Somehow, that was accepted by a jury.

moo

There is a huge difference. JA has admitted to killing Travis and claiming it was self-defense. She should have been in shock and unable to register what happened. However, she wouldn't have had the presence of mind to drag him back into the shower, wash him off, attempt to clean up the crime scene, put laundry into the washer, and so forth before leaving for her date in Utah. In reality, most likely she could have been found sitting on the floor or the stairs, sobbing hysterically, when the roommate came home.
