One final thought. It's so different being in the courtroom watching as at home I can emote, pause the DVR, walk out of the room, make faces etc. But in that courtroom you have to just sit there and take it.

Again it's astounding what that family sits there and is enduring these days. Quietly and with stone faces as required. It's so stressful honestly. I'm sure they are sort of "used to it" in a way unlike me but it's a very very intense situation that's been going on with this evil twisted murderer lying about their beloved Travis for weeks now....it's just beyond anything anyone should have to endure.

This alone among many other things leads me to wish for the ultimate penalty for this evil murdering *whatever she is*.

Please keep sending positive energy to this family. It is beyond anything I even experienced myself in court. And those aiding and abetting Arias...yeah well you have your own conscience to go to bed with at night...good luck with that.

I'll bet she will say that Travis asked her if he should get a gun and if so, what type. Probably because of all of the "burglaries" and "home invasions" in his area in early 2008 ...

JA will say that she told TA that her grandparents had a 25 cal and were happy with it so TA went out and bought one. Don't be surprised if she tosses in a few trips to the shooting range for good measure. And also that TA told her where he keeps the gun should Jodi be accosted while cleaning the house.

And that location just happened to be RIGHT NEXT to the shower ....

Okay - pretend for a sec 'it was Travis' '. She still planned the interstate trip, went into stealth-mode in AZ, shot him with the gun... then thought it would be a great idea to then TAKE the gun with her - now a murder weapon?

Per the rash of burglaries, I believe that was in Yreka, not Mesa, per the Officer from Yreka who testified and found the burglary suspicious - even with the uptick in such crimes. Why would Travis need a firearm for an increase in crime hundreds of miles away?

I don't see how claiming it is Travis' is credible or helps her in any way, imv.

She references conversations where she hung up on Travis because he was swearing at her but in text/email form all I see are "freaking's" and when angry promiscuous woman references... are there records of him actually using four letter words on her? Did I have a blonde moment and miss it? Or is this something like the pedophilia claims where conveniently it never happens in recorded form?

I don't see a record of ever-escalating violence from the defense. Even with Jodi's claims you know they're going to have to go for emotional abuse as the main form of abuse and "trigger." If the first claimed act of violence of the day resulted in implied rape, I wonder if Jodi's going to now say that she thought he was going to sexually assault her again in response to the "camera drop" and that's what brought on the fatal defense and rage upon the body. Because otherwise even if you give the defense the benefit of the doubt of outlandish fits of rage at the drop of a hat, given the time frame with camera drop it's not plausible even fictionally to me to say this equals attempted murder on TA's part.

The reason Jodi "f-dup" when describing the turnaround-sex-on-desk is because her own attorney, in opening statements, claimed Jodi was subjected to anal sex. But there's Jodi on the stand, claiming instead vaginal sex. Why is that a big deal? Because her own attorneys claimed all the anal sex was part and parcel of TA's abuse, and they specifically talked about this one incident where she is receiving the wrath of TA's anger (and anal sex) ...and here she went off script.

I can't believe she forgot. I think she's really angry with her defence and is cutting off her nose to spite her face. She was really mad this morning.... maybe she's been chastised by her DT??

Thanks so much for sharing, Katiecoolady! I'm glad you're "cousin Katie" now; was there a reason other than they adore you that they said that? Someone else mentioned seating issues in court today.

All I know is Pam went to the family , reminded them of my situation and why I'm there and they literally and physically embraced me and invited me in to sit with them. Pam quoted one of them saying "you're cousin Katie now". Then they handed me the blue ribbon which I will wear every day and treasure. I think, like me, there is some odd comfort knowing you are not alone in this kind of horror. I at least hope my sincere intent of being there in support of them and in JUSTICE and honest belief in this murderer being convicted is being communicated. I hope so.

Thanks for appreciating my contributions guys. It's a heavy thing. But ya know it's good to have a purpose. I'm gonna keep going in up until that guilty verdict then I will be bawling like a baby.

Another thought just came to me. Travis was a manscaper and most likely had scissors in his bathroom. How likely is it he would go down to the kitchen for a knife when he has scissors in the bathroom, IMO.

Hopefully there will be some on the jury who know about guns. 25 autos are not popular guns, they are very small and not a first pick. They were a popular gun back in the day but not so anymore. It's more like the type of gun you'd find a grandpa owning.

I wont be surprised if Jodi claims that Travis himself was the one who stole her Gram's gun OR Travis told a friend to steal it from her for him and delivered it to him. She may claim she saw it in his closet near the bathroom and after he began attacking her because she dropped the camera she knew where to get it to help protect herself.

I know. That is very far-fetched but I wont put anything past her after hearing about the alleged pedophile crap she is spewing.

I saw the one sister (the one that looks like Travis) seemingly rolling her eyes a couple times today. I obviously understand why!! I can't imagine how they sit there and listen to that BS. I also noticed they were writing alot, I kind of wondered about that.

I look forward to the time they are able to share what this has done to them during their victim impact statements. Small consolation for what they continue to endure at the hands of JA. Our justice system is just so off-kilter and slanted way too far towards the rights of the perp. It makes me ill quite frankly. Justice for Travis, please, Lady Justice!

About the hair dying..

In the attachments below, the pic with the dog was taken May 15, and Jodi testified that this is what it looked like when she rented the car. I would call that blond.

The other pic is Jodi in braids on June 4 at Travis' house - I would call that brown.

Ergo, she dyed her hair after she rented the car, but before she arrived at Travis' house.
