Or the "O" network. I'm in for the letter writing. Just not sure what on earth the tv 'execs' are thinking. When 3pm comes here and InSession goes off air, I cannot change my channel fast enough, during this trial or any other.

I will talk to Beth this week and ask her advice of where to send letters..it would be a good thing for it to be public so other networks could see all the support around it. Maybe a Facebook page? All ideas welcomed!

Lucky girl!! My boss has been gone since trial started but the day we finally get to June 4th.....he's back and has me swamped! How dare he make me work while I'm at work. ;)

Exactly! The NERVE!!! :floorlaugh:

I'm sure my chitty luck will be the same when we get to cross... it's just not the same watching it after the fact!

We've had access to web and tv discussions. It's interesting to hear Jodi saying things that have already been discussed and disproved in detail. She's been stewing and concocting in the dark of what's been going on 'out here'. The only educated info Jodi receives is from her attorneys.

The defendant testifying is highly unusual for us to watch, too.

I 100% agree with you. And I noticed her reaction to the camera during interrogation as well. It was the pivotal piece am I agree that she likely pissed her pants when she assessed her inventory of evidence and found the camera missing.

I smile every time i think of her going through the bag over and over again not finding the camera. I mean i tear my whole house apart for just house keys!! could you imagine losing a camera with your pics on it from when you killed someone?!:what: I can imagine all of her belongings stretched out in the desert while she's crying and cursing to herself. I bet she tore the car apart just searching :floorlaugh:

They did read it! :) Samantha told me that in court. So it is what it is. I'll be there for them no matter what if they ever need me, for anything. And support them fully in what their own decisions and interests are. I call tell you this (from my own experience), the big crash comes after the trial is over. Even with the guilty verdict and the sentence you want. That's when you crash.

Katiecoolady, I'm so proud to be associated through Websleuths with people like you.

I personally believe that your goodness is what allowed you to be in a position to help and support Travis' family. While I realize how difficult all this is for you, you soldier on in the cause of justice for victims.

After reading how they made you a member of the family yesterday, I was in tears.

You have also benefited us all here with your insightful posts and excellent reportage from your premium vantage point!

i think asking questions like that would be insensitive....these poor people are going through a stinking hell like no other...:moo:

Not asking her to ask them bexlex, she was sitting with them all day (and passing notes with the Aunt) so I wondered if they had expressed an opinion considering that fact was being testified to yesterday. :seeya:

Her feral cat!! JA is the only person I've ever heard call a feral cat a pet!!

well, you know how it is.. j.a's just like poor abused "snow white" and able to befriend wild animals!

IIRC: I think JA said she put the sheets in the washer after the 1st round of sex. Then came the office incident. Then she left off with the pics in the shower. If she accidentally threw the camera in with the sheets after the 1st round, she would not have had it to take the shower and death pics. IMO

Yes THAT! I am just now listening to yesterday afternoons testimony...did she wash sheets again? Guess I need to keep listening..

If Jodi tries to say she found a gun and shot at Travis because he was coming AT her (i.e. lunging for her) and she was in fear of her life, then why wasn't the shot to the front of his face (or the front of his body somewhere)?

No, instead she shoots him from the side. The trajectory disproves him being shot in self defense. You don't manage to shoot an enraged attacker who is coming at you (this is her story) on the side of his head, going through to the other side of his face. Her position relative to his position proves he was not coming at her.

Busted.

What kind of evidence was found in the downstairs bathroom for them to bring it up yesterday? any?......something tells me there was....

  • #1,373
I was thinking the same thing. She seems to only be able to mimic others. And is very manipulative, vindictive and just freaking weird.

I suppose she could mimic a wall lol.

i wish she would do that now!

Still searching for the pics of travis' slippers. the "rope" looks like a piece of shag from his slippers. I think it was presented on day one of the prosecutions case.

i wish we had an anonymous lawyer who will come on and just tell us how much the defense lawyers build their case with the defendant. If I was her lawyer I would look at all the FACTS of evidence and let her know that none of this rings true. I guess I wouldn't get much work tho. I'd be broke like Jodi taking road trips, buying gas, and chilling while my credit cards are maxed out. For someone with No money she got around a lot.

BBM. Travis' slippers:

Yes that "shag" on the slippers looked literally like carpet which this fiber looks like...a pulled out carpet fiber OR a short fiber from a tassle. How they will weave this tiny thing in to a whole ROPE is just a metaphor for the entire defense case imo.

They looked a lot like pulled out carpet fibers. I agree. I have dogs too and they will sometimes scratch up the rug and rip these things out. I recall that one of them was U shaped, just like a pulled out carpet fiber would be.

I've recognized all along that the pieces of "rope" were actually pieces of fringe from a tassel from a pillow in Travis room. I just spent an hour trying to find a similar material for sale on the internet. It's pretty much not there. The smallest diameter for pillow cording I found was 3/16''. However, whenever I've been to fabric stores, I've never seen cording with the texture of the material in the bathroom or on the stands. It looks porous, similar to some tightly twisted yarns.

I wonder if someone could testify that one pillow was missing from the room? Was the fabric tested? I didn't hear anything about that. The defense would know if it was.

The whole story is such a crock, anyway. It just bugs me no end.

The threads on the stairs look to be silk type cording which is impossible to cut with a knife. You have to cut it with scissors. There would have been fibers all over the floor had he cut it with the knife. But then, Jodi would not know that, would she???? Anyone who has worked with fabrics will tell you never to cut that type of cording with a knife because it will not cut evenly and it makes a mess. What is on the stairs does not look as if it were cut with a knife. jmo

Patience. It might be on the second shelf to the right of Outrage.

LOL - I've been doing the same thing this week - getting all my dinner supplies early in the morning. It's kinda ackward when I put a bottle of wine on the belt at 9:00 in the morning :)

I agree with something I read a poster write awhile back on here about the CD's she brought. That SHE wanted him to look at all these pics of their other trips together in some manipulative tool to convince him to take HER to cancun instead.

Also just want to say my references to her "Von Trapp" posture came from another poster on here who I wish I could remember (who). It was one of the funniests posts I've ever seen "who does she think she is? A von Trapp family singer?". Damn gotta find the humor sometimes.

Who wrote that?

Also I do think it's time to dig up the image of Jodi preparing for cross with her full hair curtain. Where is that one? ;)

Ok so much for my expertly applied eye makeup I did a few minutes ago.

This kind of sentiment gives meaning to my life. Thank you. :seeya:
