So far, she is telling the story that what I have thought all along happened did happen. I always thought that she got into his house and he didn't know she was coming. The discussion about the timer on the camera was what I thought as well, that there was no mutual sex.

I'm terrified that there are still going to be people out there ignorant enough to believe that she was an abused woman.

I always thought she took those pics of herself maybe even used a tripod?? Shame couldn't ask Ryan(guy in UT?) if she had tripod when she came there after leaving TA's..

Ummm, no I don't believe her. I was pointing out the error in her testimony in regards to your post. Your opinion would not make sense in JA's version of the story.

I have an 11:30 dental appointment -- This will be the FIRST TIME I'm hoping for a Side Bar the minute the trial starts for the day - So I won't miss much of JA's lies.....err... I mean testimony.

Tee Hee...Every couple of weeks I have to relieve the receptionist at my work for her lunch break so I have to work the switcboard for an hour...typically 12 - 1 (Eastern time). Of course, today is my day and I know they are heading into the murder timeframe so I asked her first thing this morning if I could relieve her from 11:30 - 12:30. She said yes, when I came down I told her why, that Jodi was getting to the murder. Then, I also cancelled a lunch one of my coworkers was taking me on for helping her out with a rather large project. Told her I couldn't because they are getting to the murder today. ROFLMAO They both looked at me like I had 16 heads...coworker taking me to lunch said "You're funny".

Love it!

I've been doing these trials for so long, people call me and don't ask how I'm doing, they just ask if I'm in the middle of a trial! DH even does the grocery shopping for me. He knows dinner at my desk happens on western US trials.

Yep...I thought that too. The trouble with her stories is that she has to remember so many lies that she can't tie them all up.

I actually don't think Juan is going to get a piece of her today, not only do they have to cover the murder, they have to cover where she went, what kind of coffee she drank, songs she listened to, bathroom stops she made, and everything in between the time she left TA's house after murdering him and she got to Utah (is it?), THEN she will have to explain all of the time between when she had her phone interview with the detective, the actual phone interview and everything she said in it, then the in-person interview...the first one....and explain away everything she said in THAT, then how life is going for her in jail, then the 2nd in-person interview and everything she said in that.

Seems to me Nurmi won't give her up until the beginning of next week.

I hope I'm wrong.
