You guys may have already discussed the "Gus" revelation, but I missed it. Why would the Prosecution not have jumped at his testimony if they believed that JA had really called him at 3:30 a.m. and told him that TA was dead? Also, if she told him this, why didn't he call LE? Also, I have a lot of alsos, why would he even think that the defense would want this info? Also, why does anyone keep putting him on the tv?

Gus is a liar and a media IMO. There's a really good reason neither side called him to testify

Like me, I'm sure you all agree it was very good testimony today from JA. I'm now believing it was in fact self defense. I can't see how JM could knock any holes in the story. Good day for the defense. Am I right?

Yeah, but he leaves her alone when she calls him a pedophile or flirts with other men or whatever. Yet he body slams her, while he's naked and wet in the shower. Give me a break!!!!

Maybe he slipped on that wet tile floor and knocked her down. Maybe she made all those plans and killed him for nothing. If he knew where the gun was and that she was going for it why would he let her shoot him. He wasn't facing her and if she were on the stool and she was 2 foot or more away, why would she shoot him. She had to be above him to make the shooting stick so the closet comes into it but the closet was perfect. No blood, nothing???? Does not make sense he would still be walking around. jmo

She said that TA came rushing at her and tackled her, grabbing her around the waist and body slammed her down on to the bathroom floor.
I don't know about any of you but if a 200 lb beefed up man did that to
me, I would be very physically hurt and unable to move for a good long while.

Even if you were still able to move or even get away from him, being body-slammed by a guy that size on that kind of hard tile floor - you would have several, large, VERY visible bruises, and if you killed in SD you would at least take photos or have LE do so...

I haven't been body-slammed, but have fallen, slipped on this surface (I have the exact same tile - it's very, very common in AZ) and it is brutally hard. You will get a bruise if you fall or slip on it - and a body-slam would have far more force than a simple fall, so - I call foul... again!)

I can't believe she didn't get hurt badly when he body-slammed her on the TILE. I tripped really hard on concrete when I was in my early fifties, and I broke my femur (upper bone in leg) near my hip. It wasn't just cracked; the bone broke all the way through. I couldn't get up off the sidewalk. EMT had to put me on a stretcher and take me to the hospital. Tile is not like linoleum. I think a person wouldn't be able to move much at all for awhile if she had been body-slammed on tile.

... and imagine, in her pain and terror she could clearly recall rolling to the left before getting up and running into the hallway
