Hi, First time poster here. I am a carryover from the old Hinky Meter (Casey Anthony Trial).
When defense was showing a photo of the ceiling, after the live pictures of Travis, Jodi stated she did not take that picture. It was the exact time of the stabbings that she says she cannot remember. Can't remember stabbing, but can remember not taking the photo.

She's so psycho she just said that because she would rather die than for anyone to think she was a bad "professional" photographer.

You're right, there was. And it was a print in the blood, so it had to be made after the crime was committed. And Travis definitely wasn't wearing shoes at any point, so what's she driving at with this? Is she trying to tell that she drove the car barefoot/ in socks and didn't even notice?

I think it's the old slight of hand trick... Yep I killed TA in one hand but the other hand is moving all about with droning details so that you get bogged down in the truth of the details and not pay attention to the hand that says.. Yep I killed TA!!

No, but I'm thrilled that we got to hear about what kind of cheese she had in her omlette 5 years ago and what kind of South Park t-shirt she bought her first boyfriend when she was 17.

What a complete waste of 8+ days. It's just one more opportunity for her and her legal team to put Travis' family through hell. This has been completely irrelevant. She's "dehumanized" herself.

He is going to win this case. I have never in all my years of trial watching seen a defendant that is so guilty of premeditated cold blooded murder.

Personally speaking, (as I can only speak for myself of course), I follow the dictates of Jesus Christ, although am not a Christian.:waitasec: His pattern in otherwords, is perfect.
Therefore, I would never have been on this jury even though I live in Phoenix.

I do believe when there is any smidgeon of doubt, give the other the benefit of that doubt. Revenge does not bring back anyone's dead loved ones.

And in our country, we've seen dozens, (how many now) since DNA proven to have been murdered at the hands of the executioner, when they were actually innocent all along.

Not that Jodi is innocent of course, she is admitting to having done this horrific crime.

Yet, I find pity in my heart for her.

Thank you, I missed that about the gun. Did she rent a car twice or was it 'the' rental car? Was it her gun or her Grandparents gun, and was it a .25 that they found?
