She's so stupid! Wasn't she paying attention to the forensic evidence?

This is another strategy because no doubt this psycho would love to have trashed Travis more if she could.. is it in the PTSD or Battered Woman lists that tell us they black out or memory loss?
Maybe Juan needs to wait to cross Until that expert testifies? Or can Juan recall the defendant after the expert? ohh so confused and worried about cross.. :please:

ha ha, I expected a 🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬 of hate to come out, but not this quickly.:seeya:

What did she say exactly, out of her mouth. Did she say, "I went over to see Travis, not to have sex and make up sex, but rather to stab and shoot him??

I just started to really pay attention to this trial today, and she was on the stand, so forgive me, I may have missed that part to which you refer.

Well, the jury has been paying attention to the trial the whole time, not just today. They are looking at the case as a whole, not just the lying defendants testimony to try and save her life. :twocents:

For some reason they avoided discussing her clothes. She said her shoes were lost, and her hands were bloody. She used a bottle of water from her trunk to wash her hands (oh, another important detail she remembered in her confused, traumatic state - the water was from Cosco!!:waitasec: )

I hope JM will expose what prompted the Big Fight - the reason TA did not visit her in CA and called her a sociopath.

I'm guessing she stole a sizable amount of money from him.

ITA--there is more behind that text than she told....much much more

I know someone will know this, what is the name of the domestic violence expert for the defense? The woman that has written books? TIA

Why do they care about the rope- making it important? She said herself she could get out of it at any time.

So he was running at her or chasing her and screaming cursing and she fired the gun. I presume facing him. So how did she manage to hit him on the right side of the temple at a downward angle. She would have to be beside him or a litttle behind and above him to match the bullet path. Sounds like the JFK mystery bullet theory to me.
I also wonder what distance she was from him. Most .25 cal pistols aren't noted for accuracy. I had a .25 cal baby browning pistol many years ago and would'nt trust it for self defense. Hitting a beer can at 15 feet was next to impossible. Still a deadly weapon though at close quarters.

She planned it before she left her home in CA. She stole a gun, rented a car 90 miles away, narrowed gas cans so she wouldn't have to buy any near his home and had an alibi for making any trip at all

Yes, she faked the burglary of the .25 gun from her grandparents (which happened to be the ONLY gun stolen out of multiple guns that were stored right next to or near it), rented a car 90 miles away & asked for an "inconspicuous" color car because she "didn't want to stand out", she got 2 gas cans and filled them with gas before leaving CA into AZ, she stopped keeping receipts once she entered AZ (when she ALWAYS had kept receipts for everything else both before and after her murderous road trip), & she turned her cell phone off for the entire duration that she was in AZ (when she ALWAYS had it on any other time). The previous four things I listed clearly show that she did NOT want to be connected to being anywhere in or near AZ/the crime scene that she was about to/planning to commit. Clear-cut premeditation, much of which can be proven.
*Also, to better prove that the stolen gun WAS in fact the same gun used in TA's murder the caliber that it was (.25) is not that common is it? What I'm trying to say is that a .25 caliber was used in TA's murder when I thought that more common type caliber guns (ae: a .22, a .45) were used in most murders and it was a .25 caliber gun that went missing from the grandparent's house... Doesn't the uncommon caliber make it more likely that the alleged "stolen" gun is in fact the murder weapon?

You see shoes? They look like black socks to me... you can sort of the 'bumps' of her toes - and the shape is too foot-like for me to think it's a shoe (plus no stitching, no silhouette of a sole or anything else)... jmv.

Did she specifically say she was barefoot or just that she didn't have shoes on. If the latter, it could be socks... or she could be lying about being barefoot since she's wearing socks (imv) in the photo.

Anyway...

I see sock :)

Flores told her in the video that she left a shoe print in the blood. jmo

I wonder if Jodi knows how much interest this case has. I'm sure people have told her.
On one hand I wonder if she knows how many people are watching and KNOW she's lying....but then I wonder if she doesn't have a clue.

She is one self centered evil b.
I think she doesn't have a clue. It would mean admitting she wasn't the world's most sympathetic victim and greatest liar - fully capable of manipulating 18 people into believing she was so abused, so greatly in fear, that there was any other possible outcome.

For a psychopath such an admission, unless there is a greater gain, is simply unconscionable.

I know someone will know this, what is the name of the domestic violence expert for the defense? The woman that has written books? TIA

bbm - you brought this up on the last thread so I'm going to bring it over ... can you explain why you think there is no other option in this case (and in the CA case)?" Neither of those statements are true. The jury decides Guilty/NG first. There are lesser included charges. There ARE options. If they come back with 1st degree felony or premeditated, THEN they choose LWOP or Death. It's not Death Penalty or nothing.

They do have other options.

And they're a DP qualified jury.

If you would never vote dp, you wouldn't be on this jury.

That's not what lost the CA case. There were other options there too.

The CA case wasn't lost. The Pinellas twelve (or call them the village idiots) let her go free because they didn't do their job!

She said, "It's not shown in the photo, but there's a seat in there and I used that to get up there."

that was when she was cleaning for him - she said she jumped up there on the day of the murder. she is a very talented young lady....
