Who is the guy in the grey next to the crying sister? He seems to be scooted as far away from her as possible.

He's there most days, IIRC. I believe that is the husband of the other sister, Tanisha. I don't think he's scooting away from Samantha so much as trying to embrace Tanisha. It must be unbearable to them that this monster is being allowed to say all these things while their brother lies silent in his grave.
