Yep. She's a sociopath. This confirms it for me.

She said Travis was in a better place, right there in front of his family. That's something friends and loved ones tell each other when seeking comfort from a horrible loss, or what a minister says - it's NOT something a killer says to the family of the person she slaughtered. A normal person would know that. Also, she's whining that her paper cut stung so bad, right after describing a brutal killing, she talks about HER meager paper cut. Jodi has absolutely no sense of what's appropriate, and as a result, she's pushing the needle into her own arm.

Diane Downs did this when talking about the "bushy haired" stranger who shot her kids. Diane talked about the blood coming out of her dead child's mouth, then Diane immediately launched into how she was also hurt, and that she couldn't tie her own shoes for almost a month because of the bullet wound in her arm.

IMO, Jodi and Diane Downs have much in common.

All IMO

So if she was planning on being dead by the time the CBS interview aired...wouldn't that have been the time to FINALLY tell the TRUTH!!!
She was planning on going to her grave with the knowledge that she...and she alone...killed Travis?! Better to lie, lie, lie and let the world see her and her lying ways to save her reputation?!! Are you friggin kidding me?

Why are these killers so good at homicide, but so awful at selficide?

Suicide kept getting put on hold? WTH?? If you're suicidal, you're suicidal - you don't wait til it's convenient or until you finish all your media appearances.

No kidding! How inconvenient to have to re-schedule your suicide! :maddening:

This is so nuts!

Would anyone be surprised if when we hear "ummm..............no further questions" from Nurmi, we hear a collective cheer from the courtroom?

Oh, Geez! Sounds like we're back at the beginning again. WTF!!!

  • #1,371
Seriously, can we just start the IVs now?

Conflict: She wanted to put her suicide on hold so she could do an interview to convince the world she was normal so she could go back to her plans to commit suicide and only prove to the world she was not normal.

Normal people do not commit suicide.

Her attorney is really not doing her any favors.

I am back to being morbidly curious about her psychologicals. This magical thinking thing is so very strange.

"Magical thinking" :floorlaugh:

Very good

The Craigslist Killer slit his own throat in jail so I guess it's possible.

Ya, they get stuff smuggled in, but I highly doubt razor blades are available for purchase in there.

OMG is Defense starting over? Haven't we heard this before?

  • #1,380
She put the suicide on hold...really?!?!? It's not a phone call, for goodness sakes. She knows nothing about truly wanting to commit suicide!
