It's red wine time in the Shelby household--and I am taking (only) two Advil to go along with it.

I missed the prosecutions turn up but I'm worried judge seems pro defense because she's worried about appeal. I hope jury doesn't sense what I'm sensing.

So miss Arias, you wanted to commit suicide, yet you nicked your wrist and it was so painful.

Please look at exhibit #1 how much pain did Travis appear to be in when you inflicted this stab wound.
..
Now please look at exhibit #16 how much pain did Travis appear to be in with this stab wound?
..
Now please look at exhibit # 27 how much pain did Travis appear to be in at the time you caused this stab wound?

...
You get my point!!!

Jodi the living Tampon in preps to OD on Advil and paper cut herself to death !!

The more Nurmi leads Jodi down the path of how she felt and other yadda yadda, he is allowing the jury to see the sickness in her soul, her pure evilness. Please do us a favor, Nurmi and say there are no more questions.

He's doing a great job of cooking her goose.

It is after 5 on the east coast! Bottoms up!

I'm thinking about doing the twin thing...my sister is in Georgia...so technically since we are twins and people think we think alike (so the saying goes)----

So every time JM asks her questions about the time of the attack she'll just merely say, "I don't remember".

It's what I hoped for honestly. I was worried that she had crafted a credible scenario to explain away all the incriminating evidence. But no, we just get a"I don't remember deleting the pictures, dragging his body and placing it in the shower", etc. That won't fly with any jury on this planet. Blackouts like that are pure fiction, the stuff of soup opera fantasy.

IMO, if Jodi was in a dissociative fugue, she would not have had the presence of mind to try and clean up after herself and get rid of evidence.

In addition to a "Thanks" button, I wish we had a "OMFG, That's Hilarious" button. Some of you are seriously funny.

Honestly, I think after she shot him she ran downstairs and got the knife and came back up and did the knife parts. That was part of her ninja story (the man left the room for a minute after the loud ring).

How can she remember putting a knife in the dishwasher but nothing else whatsoever, including loading a washing machine?

And since she has such a "shaking" reaction to trauma, how was she able to function, including driving (through a Hoover Dam checkpoint no less!) after the trauma that caused her to black out?

She knows she's going down for this. Why not just admit the truth?

His views on psychology are so out-dated, IMO.
.....plus naive and gullible, IMO.

whatever you do, DO NOT CUT YOURSELF!!!!

first of all, it really hurts.

second of all, you just might bleed to death.

I can't believe it. A secret photo of the jury taken just before the afternoon recess has surfaced.

I loved it when she asked for extra laundry to prop around her body so her blood didn't drip down onto her bunkmate.

The An*l sex you can do, but the razor felt like a paper cut and it hurt, so you stopped.

huh...?

A sign of a good judge is one worried about the appellate process. There should be fewer grounds for an appeal because of her diligence - though it can be heartbreaking and infuriating from a pro-victim stance, I know.

I must say I literally laughed out loud when she said she had a huge memory gap of everything after he was shot. I mean, seriously, I was thinking, "I have listened to every boring irrelevant detail of your life for weeks now and suddenly NOW you can't remember something??? Oh yeah, like that is credible at all. Very tricky what they've done to try and take the wind out of Juan's sail on cross - but it won't work. Can't wait for him to dig into her lies, trip her up and make her out to be a pathetic lying sociopath...

I pray the jury has the common sense to see through this razzle dazzle.
