I agree 1000%....Prosecution has to go slow but really firm...Repeat the questions to make an impact..

I bet Arias will get amnesia about the murder itself when she went psycho killer...Just wait and see, I'll bet she has memory lapses

This prosecution team will probably never see a case like this again or a defendant like Arias...So let's not repeat the Casey Anthony trial ...Sometimes you gotta wonder if jury's can't convict OJ Simpson & Anthony, who will they convict?

Should we even have jurys anymore?...If Arias gets a light sentence, I give up all hope that a jury system is worth the trouble and the American judicial system needs to overhaul jurys being involved at all in trials

That is what it SEEMS like she is saying. But I cannot quite understand the mechanics of her movement right after she grabs the gun from the closet.

She did say that she shot him in the bathroom, but she also claims that he was 'running' and chasing her. So how come he was in the bathroom still?

iirc there is a minute and 10 seconds between the last live photo and the first deceased photo, I wonder could she have been standing in the open closet to the bathroom and shot him when he exited the shower. I am still baffled as to why she would drag him if he was shot in the bathroom and found in the bathroom.

Funny that he just happened to have a 25 auto just laying around on the top shelf of the BATHROOM closet, with no extra ammunition, loaded and with the safety off. And then she takes the gun with her to dispose of it in the desert. Why not just leave it there, perhaps place in it in the washing machine along with the camera or in the dishwasher along with the knife?

Because she knew that gun could be traced to her grandparents. How could anyone doubt that this murder was premeditated.

Two problems in believing that----why leave an loaded, non-safety locked gun in a high invisible shelf, and then ask someone to 'dust' that shelf?

But besides that, We already heard that he thought JA was a psycho/sociopathic
stalker and he had some concerns he was going to die. So if he DID have a loaded gun, why would he allow HER, of all people, to know where he hid it?

Yes for sure I'm positive that's when she stabbed him all those times in the back .. Then he somehow found the strength to make it down the hall and she cut his throat.

I really expected much better from her in the lying department. She did some very clever things in her attempt to cover her tracks. But this is just juvenile. I agree with what someone else said, her intruder story sounds more believable and at least she could bank on the idea that a woman couldn't perpetrate such a brutal murder.

When I look at those shower pictures, all of the orangey ones with no flash,---I don't think he knew she was even there. I think she pretended to leave and then snuck back with the weapons and began secretly shooting the pictures.

And then that intense one, with the flash, and the close up on his concerned face---he sees her and looks pissed. But confused.

Perhaps trying to simply look like someone trying to avoid the DP is the lesser of two evils? Perhaps that is a portrayal of humanity she thinks the jury will believe and humanize her enough to get her LWOP .. I am starting to think the real truth is a whole lot darker. She wants to spend her life in normal prison not on death row .. The Jodi that staged the burglary and planned this out is still there but right now appearing human enough to avoid death row is her goal.

For all we know she has new love interests and schemes to occupy her now which she'd prefer not to give up just yet.

I really hope she gets the DP. Her games are making me sick. What she has done to Travis during this trial is beyond belief. I think she knows she's lost the jury .. I'm enjoying that.
