She is going after him, not the other way around. This is the way it always works with her. There is only one way to deal with narcissist and get info. One has to compliment them. Works every time....as long as they think it is sincere.

Regarding her haircolor IMO we do know for fact that at some point along the trip she ABSOLUTELY DRASTICALLY CHANGED THE COLOR, right?.. IMO I believe that is easily established via Columbo's testimony from the car rental that Jodi was in fact THE BLONDE, BLONDE version of Jodi at that time.. and then we know for fact per her lovely photo session the afternoon of the murder that she was in fact THE BRAIDED BRUNETTE version of Jodi at that time..

So, we know this drastic color change did in fact occur DURING the trip en route to kill Travis..its just merely establishing at what point along that route did Jodi do or have done the drastic color change, right?

and IIRC she has remained adamant that there was NO COLOR CHANGE MADE DURING THE TRIP EN ROUTE to kill Travis, right?

Was there actually video or video stills of Jodi at the car rental biz with THE BLONDE, BLONE hair color, or do we have just the testimony of Columbo stating that she was BLONDE?

I think it is important for Jodi to win the battle, the battle with the prosecutor, so she spars with him and has cute repartee with him. However, since this is a war, that is what she will ultimately lose: the war to save her life; but you see she cannot help herself. she has to try and get one up on Juan or she feels diminished. she can't stand feeling diminished and like the "defendant killer", so she tries to be his equal but it isn't working and it won't work. Those moronic talking heads are so stupid; they don't get it either.

I wish the PT could call an expert on "sociopaths". If JA can have a DV expert get up and testify to all of the characteristics of being abused, the prosecution should be able to refute that with their own expert.

And her hair was BLONDE and she dyed it BROWN (at the "nail salon"). after she left Matts and before she went to kill Travis. Her hair is brown in the nude pics of her at Travis' the day she killed him:

Sounds like Matt, according to the coded messages Jodi wrote in the magazines, "effed up" what she has been saying for 2 years, that she had brown hair from the time she left California on her little trip.

She rents the car, her hair is BLONDE, she goes to visit MM and DB and her hair was probably BLONDE, then she goes to the "nail" salon and has it dyed BROWN.

She did it so that MM would be her alibi and say her hair was blonde when she came to see him. Never thinking anybody would catch on to her plan.
