As of right now, the court docket has the trial scheduled for next

Monday 2/25
Tuesday 2/26
Wednesday 2/27

10:30am AZ time/ 12:30pm ET start time

I don't see the trial scheduled for Thursday and of course nothing on Friday as usual.

Then I hope JA learns to read faster over the long weekend so that the trial can proceed at a faster pace! :book:

:please:

I like how Juan zipped backward and forward on the timeline. JA doesn't know what's coming next. Unfortunately, it doesn't seem to rattle her much. She really seems to think she's winning, as some of you have already pointed out

I don't usually watch the after party on HLN, but I'm listening tonight. I don't think Juan is coming on too strong. JA certainly wasn't doing the Chihuahua shake, at any rate.

darryl brewer.......older man jodi lived with for four years.....

Thanks so much. I'm awful at names, but I do remember the older man testifying. He's the one she was with when she met Travis, iirc. Thanks again!!

Also the nail salon, Walmart, and see movies, like she so loves to reference.

And Costco Water to wash her bloody hands with in the desert

I don't think they were ever released to Ann. It appears the jail caught them in time. It also appears Ms. Campbell did not know what was in them or she would not have left in such a hurry. Probably went to get an attorney. jmo

BBM

Hopefully Gus was in the hall so he could hook her up...or not.

I just remembered another lie from today!

She claims she recalls Starbucks drink back in 08 because she always orders the same thing.

I recall ice coffee and strawberry fraps!

Ok goodnight

Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

Well, 99% of the time, I only order one type of coffee from Starbucks because it's my favorite, but I can't tell you when I was there in 2008, nor the price of gas, and I do live in California and buy gas here...

I really like Abe. I'm going to change his name to Abe ImAHottie.

Yikes, now Jenine Driver, Body Language expert, feels Juan came out of the gate too strong. She thinks a softer approach at first works. Well, from my arm chair as a pretend juror, I had my wooden spoon raised, so I think Juan needs to whack her on the head to get an answer as to why and how she killed Travis.

Maybe they all need to see those horrible pics again of Travis dead at Jodi's hands. We listened to eight days of "uncomfortable maybe I didn't like it sex", FGS! She has made a mockery of the courtroom!

Don't worry, Juan will show the Liar every single horrific picture of Travis and make her choke one way or another.

And don't forget she remembers the sound of the knife clanging when it hit the tile floor but she doesn't remember stabbing him!

That was a deliberately creepy memory IMO like a bad horror movie.

Hi, Curious Me. I think that media people have a vested interest in presenting things as more mixed than they actually are.

I think that body language experts might be able to tell us thing about meeting women and being a politician, but juries are more concerned with what a prosecutor is doing, not whether he looks like a calming first date.

I agree. I can't listen to media anymore - so many putting him down. He knows what he's doing and I have 100% faith in him and his methods to let the jury hear Travis' voice and expose her for who she REALLY is!!

I'm still way behind but I love Abe! :floorlaugh:

He summed her up quite nicely!

It also could be that both are farsighted.

True. I'm far-sighted an have been since my mid-20s. You usually can't read with glasses that are needed for distance sight because up close will be out of focus, and vice-versa re reading glasses. I hate bi/tri focals, but starting when I hit 40, my close-up vision starting deteriorating. So now I have prescription clear glasses for when I'm driving at night, prescription sunglasses for when I'm driving during the day, and OTC reading glasses all over the house and in my purse for reading. It's a PITA! Plus I need to do something about prescription glasses for using my laptop, because it falls somewhere between reading glasses and distance glasses, so I usually just use bigger fonts whenever possible.

ETA to clarify, I meant NEAR-SIGHTED since my mid-20s (i.e., distance was blurred). Far-sighted means you see far well, but not so much up close for things like reading. My bad. Now I'm BOTH, so it all evens out.

The talking heads are idiots.

The caller that just called in said that Juan should have been even harder on Jodi. Callers like that are more like jurors than talking heads who never seem to call it right.

IMO

Was rather surprised by Alan Jackson's comments on Dr. Drew also. He was in agreement with Eiglarsh that the prosecution came on too strong.

Would Jackson's cross-examination of Spector been any less harsh, if he had been given the chance?

MOO

I can't believe that this judge is letting this pedophile stuff in. Just as in the Anthony case there was no proof of anyone being abused sexually. Anyway I looked up the meaning in Websters Dictionary
Definition of PEDOPHILIA
: sexual perversion in which children are the preferred sexual object
— pe·do·phil·i·ac or pe·do·phil·ic adjective
See pedophilia defined for English-language learners »
Origin of PEDOPHILIA
New Latin
First Known Use: 1906
Other Psychology Terms
fetish, hypochondria, intelligence, mania, narcissism, neurosis, pathological, psychosis, schadenfreude, subliminal is this is what came up.

I know the laws in every state are different, but no proof being admitted?

Way too many pages to read.

But did anyone catch her reading the last page of her diary on the sly to see what she wrote? Very sneaky move.

I really like Abe. I'm going to change his name to Abe ImAHottie.

Yes.....Abe talks....a lot......but he really is proving to be firmly in Travis' corner

I do not know the correct term to use here. I know next to nothing about eyes.

I do however have a cousin who had "crossed eyes".
JA IMO in several pics I have seen of her looked like she may have STRABISIMUS? Is that the word? Maybe she just has a "lazy eye "
I know my cousin wore glasses at one time as part of his treatment.
He also had numerous surgeries as well.

Does anyone think that the multiple glasses she has worn could be treatment for
an eye muscle disorder (in preparation for her to take the stand) ?

It seems so ridiculous to wear them to "look smart "
Seriously what juror would think "wow! She must be smart!"

or librarian like!
Color me confused !
No, Jodi doesn't have a lazy eye. In addition to being nearsighted, I have what's called a "lazy eye". I was not aware of it until someone pointed it out to me and I immediately looked in a mirror. It's my right eye, and it's a weakness in the outer muscles that hold your eye in place. What happens is that my right eye will drift sideways, so that I'm looking forward and sideways at the same time. Apparently, I've learned to compensate for it, so that I don't notice it until someone mentions it to me. I also can't focus upon those pictures hidden within picture books. Drives me nuts that my husband and his friend can see what I can't!
