Please correct me if I am wrong, but the thing with the hair & Matt is she stayed with him June 2-3rd. And her hair was BLONDE and she dyed it BROWN (at the "nail salon"). after she left Matts and before she went to kill Travis. Her hair is brown in the nude pics of her at Travis' the day she killed him:

Sounds like Matt, according to the coded messages Jodi wrote in the magazines, "effed up" what she has been saying for 2 years, that she had brown hair from the time she left California on her little trip.

Her hair was blonde while she was with Travis. She had blonde hair when she rented the car, as was testified to on the stand. She dyed her hair a reddish brown, brunette somewhere along the trip, which has since grown out.

The photo she attested to being evidence of her hair being brown (a brown & blonde if you ask me) can be seen on her MySpace in an alternate take in a gallery that is dated Feb 27 2007. I don't know if it's possible that she could add photos after without altering the date, I am not sure about this, anyone use MySpace anymore that knows this?

the car exchange drives me nuts. i didn't think JM quite closed the deal on that but wasn't he saying if she DIDN'T have his car, there was no reason for the exchange, and she kept saying she didn't know if she HAD his car?

Isn't there a legal distinction between kill and murder? I think she admitted to 'killing' Travis (in SD, which if found reasonable/justified is not a crime) - she said she did in the first few minutes on the stand - but she's disputing whether she 'murdered' him or not - which is a crime). imv

On her way to kill, implies intent.

Could be, but maybe it's even more damning, we have the whole weekend to speculate...

IMO, Juan couldn't come at her in a linear fashion...he needed to keep her off balance. If she could follow where his questions were going, then she could come up with an answer.

Liars tell the story from start to finish, not backwards and forwards like it would be if its the truth. Best and easiest way to expose a liar is to jump around.
