I have officially changed my original opinion that the gun shot wound was first since finding out that it passed through the brain and than he could not have lifted his arms to defend himself. I now agree with the ME's statement.

Will Jodi now be committed to wearing the fake glasses for the duration of the trial? Won't the jurors find it odd if she dumps the glasses tomorrow?

I don't care for the prosecutor. He always seems cranky.

He's handling crime scene photos so wouldn't it be inappropriate for him to have a happy-go-lucky attitude? I think he is pretty sharp. I think, too, he is trying to be aggressive because he wants to sent a message to the jury that this is not a self-defense case and he is committed to getting a conviction for JA. jmo

Absolutely clear. it was a cassette recorder, but not sure if digital or not. Could actually see the rings in the window of the tape. I can not believe they did that!

Buffering video, overhead projector and cassette recorders. What decade is this trial in again?

I hope the State will have a computer generated enactment of the totality of the crime - the shower, sink, hall,the many wounds and how this all happened in what seems like a slow motioned nightmare.

The JVM show did a pretty good job of an enactment right after I said that. Yep, just like the worse nightmare ever being attacked like that.

I have a LOT of catching up to do! I missed most of today's testimony (watching JVM and NG now to catch up, which is kinda painful LoL). But I wanted to thank nursebeeme for everything today, and all the posters at Websleuths for the great transcripts and comments!!! You all rock :yourock:

My theory is that she made some comment about posting their sex pictures somewhere so that people can see the real "him" (what she saw). That would really hurt him because of the Mormonism. He gets mad and says something that would hurt her just as much and she gets her initiative to go ballistic. If the attack started just after the last photo of him, that expression makes a lot of sense. She might have been sort of taunting him with the camera if they had just argued about it. Then he comes out to where she would be standing by the sinks to take it away from her and she first attacks there.

Why she left the camera, I will never know. :banghead: So dumb. My only guess is she was probably not thinking straight.

She probably stuck him back in the shower for similar reasons. Not really thinking. Probably he was bleeding a lot and she didn't want to risk stepping in it as she was cleaning.

Whoa!!! Just came back on after a few hours and this place has blown up!!! I can't possibly catch up if I go back and read 20 pages!

I guess I am the only female here that doesn't think the ME is "all that". lol

I guess my own hubby is just too danged handsome...

He was cute, but not "all that" I found myself marveling at how square his head was and how thin his lips were by the end of his testimony,
