He's handling crime scene photos so wouldn't it be inappropriate for him to have a happy-go-lucky attitude? I think he is pretty sharp. I think, too, he is trying to be aggressive because he wants to sent a message to the jury that this is not a self-defense case and he is committed to getting a conviction for JA. jmo

I see...good points. This is the first trial I've watched. I was on a jury once, minor drug offense. I was so ignorant then...I was surprised the lawyers were nothing like I had seen on tv.:blushing: They kept repeating the same questions.

My theory is that she made some comment about posting their sex pictures somewhere so that people can see the real "him" (what she saw). That would really hurt him because of the Mormonism. He gets mad and says something that would hurt her just as much and she gets her initiative to go ballistic. If the attack started just after the last photo of him, that expression makes a lot of sense. She might have been sort of taunting him with the camera if they had just argued about it. Then he comes out to where she would be standing by the sinks to take it away from her and she first attacks there.

Why she left the camera, I will never know. :banghead: So dumb. My only guess is she was probably not thinking straight.

She probably stuck him back in the shower for similar reasons. Not really thinking. Probably he was bleeding a lot and she didn't want to risk stepping in it as she was cleaning.

I am thinking the camera was his and that is why she left it (coupled with the fact that she figured by deleting the pictures that she took for voyeristic means to look at right after the crime and washing the camera the pictures would be gone..)

I personally as a nurse think the stab to the chest/vena cava was the first blow right after she took the alive face picture where he was sitting.. he then of course would crouch down and cover his head (defensive wounds) and she stabs him in his hands and the back.. he then comes out of the shower and has lost a lot of blood from the heart wound and she slits his throat on the carpet that is right by the hallway.. maybe even shoots him there and drags him to the shower:twocents:

He was cute, but not "all that" I found myself marveling at how square his head was and how thin his lips were by the end of his testimony,

also as to if a girl can drag a 189 pound man..

umm.. well as a nurse I have worked in the bariatric unit where I have drug about 200 more pounds then this..

I noticed that in the recent pic posted of him.. which is I guess the pic that was taken as she is dragging him. Anyone else notice that it appears she is dressed? It appears that would be her leg in the left part of the pic... possible blue jeans? I thought they were both naked during the attack based on sequence of photos and events so far discussed. I could be totally wrong.... But really did she get dressed after she stabbed him and slit his throat.. before she started dragging him back down the hall to the bathroom??? It will be super interesting to see how the rest of this plays out...

NG tonight - ME came on out of order . . . grissly pictures - TA's family walked out of court. They will be showing crime scene photos and portions of autopsy photos what were shown in court.

The picture of the neck slashing was so graphic - they thought it might have almost decapitated him. NG said last time a picture like that was shown during the OJ trail. Jodi is 5'4" - she attempted to decapitate and assisinate TA.

He had defensive wounds - after she cut his throat and shot him in the head he wouldn't have had the strength to fight back.

Zac Blillings - friend of TA on .. . . this is the friend who found his body. He was watching a movie with his girlfriend (now his wife) - knock on the door - friends of Travis knocked on the door asking if he had seen Travis. Went and got bedroom key - opened the door to Travis' bedroom and saw pool of blood, went into the closet and saw the body and told people to call 911 "he's dead". His heart sank when he opened the door . . . saw a pile of blood on the floor.

Last time he saw or spoke w/TA was the week prior - just in passing - sayin hi on the Sunday before he was killed. He had met JA on several different occassions - she loved photography and he had done some semi-professionally - they shared each other's photo works.

She didn't act any different around him than when she was w/Travis or by herself. He had heard about the tire slashing - he didn't know it was Jodi - just an ex-girlfriend. When he saw bathroom and his dead body slumped over in the shower - at that point his thoughts just making sure everyone was ok. Those thoughts (about Jodi) didn't come on until later after people suggested it might have been Jodi and then things started making a little more sense.

Friend Zack is on NG -first time after the murder he saw Jodi was following Monday @ TA's memorial service. Normally she was blond and she had brown hair - different color hair entirely. Inthe mid of finding out TA's murder - she dyes her hair? (NG asks)

She came up an gave Zack a big hug - just horrible sorry you had to go thru that - asked where Zack was living @ the time. she asked just a brief of what happened - any interaction with the police -she knew I had seen the body and just asked what I was going thru - how I was doing.

After seeing her @ memorial and telling 3 different stories - 1) she wasn't there, 2) two intruders - she got away, and 3) self-defense. . . . Zack said he would be in tears - he was in tears and she was so nonchalantly @ the service.

Will Jodi now be committed to wearing the fake glasses for the duration of the trial? Won't the jurors find it odd if she dumps the glasses tomorrow?

I think her narcissism will manifest in new and different looks and props each day. I expect to see crimped hair, "homemade" jail jewelry, perhaps some headwear, and maybe a neck brace one day just to mix it up.

It's going to be a LONG trial with the late starts and frequent snack breaks.

Well if this jury is like the P12 maybe even the photos won't be enough. You never know. I don't think the P12 would have convicted casey even if they had photos and a video of her committing the murder. If that case taught us anything it's that you just never know with juries.

having said that I doubt she's going to walk. But with her acting and wearing the glasses bit they probably won't give her death. I'm hoping they will give her LWOP. I don't want this lunatic out among the rest of us, like ever.
