Upcoming voice mail messages set to come into evidence. . . a couple of days after JA killed TA - she left a message for him on the 7th - she said she hadn't seen him since previous april (at thattime)

A series of sex messages are going to be introduced . . . . already sex messages already introduced . . . a (sex toy) with a heartbeat and calling her derogatory names.

Caller saying she is upset people are saying battered womens syndrome as caller was in violent relationship for 18 years.

Beth K -said TA had rough upbringing - many people very proud of him.

I don't see any toes in the orange part in the top right. I still see an arm. Is it possible that the foot is in the bottom right and it is just difficult to see?

In the photo, he is laying on his back with his head tilted to the right side and resting on his upper arm/shoulder. What looks like a foot, I believe is blood on the floor beneath him. She would be dragging him with him on his back in front of her and she would be walking backwards. To the left is her pant leg.

Don't ask me where I read this, but I remember reading it somewhere (not here) yesterday when they were talking about the photos that would be seen in court.

I'm trying to see that as a pair of pants, but I can't quite get the perspective in relation to where her foot's supposed to be. I thought that it kind of looks like a pair of track pants, but the position of the stripe is all wrong compared to the foot.

You can also see that his throat was slit while he was on his back by the way the blood is flowing back over his shoulder. He wasn't on his knees, he was prone and defenseless - lying on his back.

Yes this is exactly how I understood it today while watching the trial online.

My theory is that she made some comment about posting their sex pictures somewhere so that people can see the real "him" (what she saw). That would really hurt him because of the Mormonism. He gets mad and says something that would hurt her just as much and she gets her initiative to go ballistic. If the attack started just after the last photo of him, that expression makes a lot of sense. She might have been sort of taunting him with the camera if they had just argued about it. Then he comes out to where she would be standing by the sinks to take it away from her and she first attacks there.

Why she left the camera, I will never know. :banghead: So dumb. My only guess is she was probably not thinking straight.

She probably stuck him back in the shower for similar reasons. Not really thinking. Probably he was bleeding a lot and she didn't want to risk stepping in it as she was cleaning.

I've thought about a scenario like that too. She wasn't getting the result she wanted or the words she wanted so she taunted him about the photos. He may have tried to get the camera and then he was in a fight for his life.

I am guessing that she dragged him back into the shower because he was bleeding so much and there was the drain in there. She also needed to try and remove the traces of her being there.

Who does Jodi claim called and told her that Travis was found dead? I don't recall her revealing how she knew to the detective.

She sure got nervous in that phone call with the detective. It sounded like they were about to end the call, but she starts a new topic, saying something like, "I guess I should tell you... when you check Travis Facebook, you're going to see him saying bad things about me."

Whoaa... her voice sounded REALLY jittery during this part of the conversation. So what did Travis say about her on FB?

She did name the male friend who told her, but that name escapes me right now.

The foot is on the far side of the top of the shoulder.... It's too lumpy in the wrong way to still be arm.

Oh I dunno anymore.... It's like making animals outta clouds! Lol

I think it's too lumpy in the wrong way to be a foot!

My computer has pretty good graphics (built it myself, thank you very much) and IMO no way is that a foot.

Ahh! OK! I think I see that now! So we are seeing his LEFT side/chest area...(where the blood is) and it is flowing toward the floor?:waitasec:

Hmm... I wonder if it was a blue robe of his that she was wearing.

I think she deleted the accidental pictures and left the "nudes" to portray herself as a victim.
Why else would she leave the camera? Unless she plain forgot about it!
BUT... How could that happen? She deleted the damning pics!!! She left it for a reason.

It was planted! hence her "trust me" and she forgot about the card in the camera? that still held the after pics?

oh well, I can't think like her.

Possible camera theory:

She may have deleted the pix from the sd card, and intended to take the camera with her. But maybe when she gathered up all the bedding, it got scooped up in the middle. And she unknowingly threw it into the washer with the bedding.

Then, after she left and was on the road, she realized she had left the camera behind (she didn't see it so it didn't trigger her memory), she was too afraid to go back. She figured she had deleted the pix so she was safe.

Is it known for a fact that some of the photos had not been manually deleted?

Do you think that describes what is required or allowed by media or anyone? I notice it specifies equipment that is "state of the art" must be used. If the recorder was used without the judge's permission and the defense gets hold of it, there could be a problem.

I believe she taunted him, possibly about Mimi seeing the photos among other things. I can also imagine her being very verbal as she stabbed him- punctuating. each. word. as. she. stabbed. him.

Just my opinion of this seriously disturbed <unusual person>
