This attorney is trying to defeat physics. She wants Travis's brain to have moved itself out away from the path of the bullet.

Stranger things have happened.

Wait. Nevermind.

I can't find the medical examiner's name anywhere. Did anyone catch it? Thanks.

Defense lady attorney is embarrassing. Trying to compare a bullet in the head vs an arrow?

Stupid, ignorant question from her IMHO. Where is she going? At least she is talking, I don't know how I would defend JA.

Who else feels that Dr. Horn just messed up the defense's case with the fact that the bullet passed thru the brain.

They were probably going to go with the she shot him first then stabbed him b/c he kept coming after her or some stupid BS like that.

okay that made me laugh

To cause a mod to laugh during this horrific trial, well, in my twisted mind that would shout "score!" :great:

Back to the ME eloquently kicking the DA's hiney...

Findings for Det. Flores - speak to him ever again after the autopsy? I don't recall. No memory after June 12 talking to him. I have no idea if I did. he is listed on my report as being there. You know because it was documented in your report.

Information about gunshot wound . . . any info Det Flores had would have come on June 12 if you don't remember talking to him again? objection - speculation X3 sustained X3

provided Det. Flores w/report from ME's office via mail to PD.

Told Det Flores first wound was shot w/head? I don't remember ever saying that - it is not consistent with autopsy.

Knew this cuz gunshot wound would not have completely incapacitated someone - don't recall telling Det. Flores that. Not immediately fatal . . . I think it would be incacitating - it did pass thru his brain.

I don't recall having a conversation w/Det at all about this case.

Here we go again............it went through the brain.....-!:

How desperate and irrelevant is this entire cross... get on with it lady.

  • #654
She's trying each and every way to get him to say the bullet didn't go through his brain. And he keeps correcting her.

  • #655
" I am saying it did pass through the brain" Kevin Horn ME

  • #656
JA looks like crap today.

  • #657
"that ten years I don't recall that"

hahahhahaha

ME is very well spoken and impressive. I have a new crush. Maybe I will change to his religion and move to his town. No, that would be super-creepy.

This woman needs to move on-she is making a total azz of herself. I'm surprised that Jodi is not screamjing SHUT UP at her.

Apparently, the gunshot being the final wound could help the prosecution case for a death sentence. (So I imagine a vigorous cross-examination):

http://abcnews.go.com/US/jodi-arias-jury-sees-bloody-handprint-wall/story?id=18160526#.UOyX-OTAfSg

"Prosecutors are also expected to call the Maricopa County medical examiner to testify about whether Arias shot Alexander after he was already dead from stab wounds, a fact that could determine whether she gets the death sentence.

If Arias shot Alexander after he was already dead, it could qualify as a "heinous and depraved" killing, which would help the prosecution's case for the death penalty."

Sorry for quoting myself. I think that defense is trying desperately to prove that Travis was not dead when he was shot for the reasons stated above.
