Caller Nancy says this is not self defense case - why do defense Atty's do this all the time? NG says thy have nothing better to gowith.

Caryn Stark - Psychologist says not self defense - this is not battered women's syndrome - this is Narcissism - someone who could not let go! She was stalking him, he may have been less than honorable.

NG now corrects self - this wasn't 300 miles it was 1000 miles. She started out on June 2 rented car from 90 miles away - dyed her hair - she has brunette hair. She took license plate off one end of the car and turned the other license plate upside down.

Woman scorned, Im mad, stalker crazy defense. Stole gun from grandparents, did all above and took crime scene photos. On 5/28 burglery in the home - a $20 bill an the gun was taken (at grandparents?)

From day 1 dark villian look - per body language expert. . . she uses hair as shield of protection around her. Vulnerable protection with hands - always around her . .. . not deceptive indicators - she believes what she is saying nd is very self-deceptive.

the 10 stab wounds to the back - Andrew Sctt - Former Chief of POlice - Boca Raton - this lady is conjuring up various aspects but don't jive wth actual evidence - classic and often these people wind up in trouble because physical evidence doesn't line up with story.

Regarding what I bolded above, I politely disagree----but feel you are close; it is a Cluster B "cousin" of sorts....it is Borderline Personality Disorder. MOO

His legs aren't in the photo. It's just the top of his head and shoulders. He is on his back and she is behind him (blue pants close up on the left). You can see the blood dripping onto the floor where everyone thought was a foot.

Starting on the right where it says "arm", that is correct.

Next it says "back of head"....that should be "right side of head".

Next is "arm". This might be labeled "crook of arm" or "elbow" to help understand the perspective.

Next is "shoulder". This is correct.

Next is "foot". That should be "blood on the floor under body".

Last says "foot of Jodi and her pants". I'm not sure on this one.

Blue on the left side is her pant leg.

Don't know anything about her lawyers. I do know that on the first day of this trial, comments were made on WS that she wasn't sitting as low in her chair as CA was at her trial. Coincidentally she was sitting lower today. Could strictly be coincidence. Don't know who sat in that chair after first day of trial.

Well I played around with the pic and have two subsequent pics I will upload to this post shortly, I think people are trying to see way too much but that is moo

It looks like a face view with lips and part of shoulder showing and arm, other than this, there appears to be jean fabric covering his face almost in a v.


I removed all the comments from the other site as they do not make sense to me. The first one has a lot of orange, all orange represents body to me.

Maybe she should have hired Jose Baez (lord did I say that?). Her DT are pretty lukewarm so far IMO. They better come up with something tangible soon or her butt is pretty well toast. Neither one of them comes across as very passionate about their client's innocence. Is it just me or does the female DA look disgusted all the time? :giggle:

Yes, I understood. Why I doubt Stark is correct is that Narcissists tend to be males (not always, tend) while Borderline's tend to be females (not always, tends). Examples of Borderlines (BPD's) of the Cluster B group are the fictional characters of Glen Close in "Fatal Attraction", Sharon Stone in "Basic Instinct" and Angolina Jolie in "Girl Interrupted". A non-fictional with BPD in my estimation is Casey Anthony.

ITA. Just before this trial I was reading through Without Conscience by Robert Hare. It might as well be written about JA. I keep it handy during the trial as a "Jodi reference"... it's her.

I see from that pic that that's TA's foot not JA's. You can see his big toe which, by the position clearly shows he's being dragged on his back. It looks to me that she's wearing a pair of track pants with a stripe down the side, and her foot is turned so that it's perpendicular to his body. Like she's turned sideways dragging him. If that's accurate, she's got him pretty high off the floor dragging him. Amazing the strength explosive rage will give someone. He outweighed her by 70 pounds.


I just studied that pic again, and I think I can see it your way now. Head kind of lolling back, but where are his eyes? Obscured by the blood?
