I think it's an act put on for the jury's benefit. It's her attempt to mimic genuine sadness

Wow didn't think about that. I did think about the fact that she didn't hide when they showed the close up of her vajayjay in court.

eta- guess she's lucky the hot ME didn't testify related to anything on that picture!

Could the "pants" we see in this photo actually be these gym shorts that were in the evidence?

I personally feel like it is a possibility or that he has a pair of long pants that are similar to those in the pic. I just don't see how she would keep any of his pants up even with a draw string thru a struggle and slipping in blood such as this crime scene. I think that is why she wiped the floor. She was slipping and falling in it.

Looking at the 'dragging' photo, is it possible the seam we see is the bottom edge of her shorts? She is on her knees or sitting back somewhat on her calves? It looks like the bottom of those nike shorts have a typical hem, or double seam. And at 5'4 and 115, it would take a very low center of gravity to pull his body along.

I just rewatched on insession the defenses explanation of that photo. DA is calling the potato looking body part right past the top of his shoulder his arm.... I'm still thinking its his foot

I am not convinced we really know what is in this photo. DA seems to say you can see her "foot". Not once have I heard it used as the word "shoe". With that being said, I don't think the spot on the floor looks like a foot, I think it's just coincidence. The sense of scale is WAY off for it to be TA's or JA's foot.

I also saw the outline of the shoe that someone posted earlier. Was she wearing all black shoes? I have a hard time believing so. I'm still not convinced. Also, keep in mind that the PHOTO ON THE CAMERA WAS TAKEN UPSIDE DOWN. So this would have been the true orientation on the camera. Does this help anyone??

One reason I think it was correct was because whenever discussed they
mention the strip on her pants and her foot. Also some places make reference
to her having possibly stepped on the camera. In regards to the shoes being
not mentioned you may also want to consider
they had a shoe print on the scene in blood and he was naked so it had to be hers. You may want to check out the photo on the state vs jodi arias on Facebook. There is a little bit more to the picture there including what may be something reflective in her shoe.

I can't help but feel like more of her upper torso like arms or something would be visible.

Yeah, these types of photos are so difficult until you see them and then they are right there.
