Nope can't tell which questions come from who. If I get in again next Wed I'll pay more attention to that. There is a lot to look at in that courtroom! Some of the men were taking notes too..not all but there are quite a few more men on the panel than women. Including a 50 something fella with a long grey ponytail...looks like a sweet ol' ex (or current) hippie.

She's doing good. She moved to Missisippi and is doing very well there. I have some contact with her from time to time. Oddly hadn't heard anything from her since the holidays and while I was talking to Beth, who was also asking about her, she sent me a random text msg. Doo doo doo doo....

LOL I started my day with a laugh out loud (seriously I burst out laughing alone in my bedroom watching Vinnie re enact Jodi's back stretch yoga move on his show...twice! OMG I'm smiling now just remembering how funny that was) and now ending it with you!

I have been thinking about TA's Cancun trip and how he was going to take Marie "Mimi" Hall with him and not JA. Mimi testified that she and TA would be staying at a church member's house and they would not be sharing a room. Mimi said she would be sharing a room with the church member's daughter. Sounds like a drag to me.

I am in no way a high maintenance lady but staying anywhere other than in a hotel does not appeal to me. Not so sure JA would murder TA just because he would not take her to Cancun and put her up in a church member's house where they could not sleep together. Not really a first class experience IMHO. She must have been desperate.

LOL I'm just a member of Joe Public who happens to live in the area (and be self employed so I can schedule days off). I've been interested in this trial since I first saw the 48 hrs episode years ago. What a CREEP this chick is. I posted elsewhere it's like one of those freaky movies (that I can't watch) where the evil killer is an innocent looking child. She's like that to me. Freak of nature!

I think she found out about it through her snooping and probably just got bits and pieces.She even admitted during the interrogations that she thought Travis and Mimi were marriage material and that she didn't know Mimi was not that into him.
On the other hand looking at Mimi's old myspace page she seemed like quite the party girl as well....not at all like she appeared in court,so I'm not sure what Travis' intentions were with her....

I thought he came across kind of abrasive too with his own witness but it's obviously his "schtick". All I can say is the jury was VERY attentive...all day. I found it interesting that every single one of the women took notes throughout each witness.

The parts I've watched, he doesnt seem aggressive to me at all! (especially comparable to others) He seems methodical and asks questions in a way appearing to want to ensure the jury understands...jmo

Interesting that in one of JA's first phone calls with Flores, when discussing how no one had ever broken into TA's house before, saying he lived in a safe neighborhood, etc... she says:

"His tires were slashed... sometime around Christmas...other than that..."

So, in JA's mind, the person responsible for the tire slashing (JA, herself) should be looked into. Whoops. :floorlaugh:

Also, she seemed to distance herself from being a Mormon pretty quickly after killing TA.

Discussing premarital sex:

"Keep this confidential, HE's Mormon." Sounds like JA isnt.
