Not sure, but remember how she told Travis she was lost, etc, etc. I guess as others have said, it's a moot point now since she admitted she killed him, but in self-defense.

I still think there's something on there. Otherwise, why go through it? Why bring those receipts into evidence, if other than just to finally have gotten her to admit that she was there - or there is solid evidence she was in the vicinity? Which may have prompted her to change her story from 'not being there' to 'being there'....? Hmm. (Remember, they have to let the defense know the evidence they have, don't they? When did she change her story about being there?)

I haven't mapped it but Yreka is 764 miles from Mesa - roundtrip alone it accounts for half the mileage put on the rental car.

It would if she kept all receipts the day before but none for the day she murdered him.

I'm finding where Ryan Burns said she had dyed her hair dark when she arrived to visit him, but not where she dyed her hair on the way to kill Travis. I wonder who would have witnessed this since certainly she would not have admitted it even if she had done it as it would show premeditation.

I thought Jodi showed up at Ryan's place as a brunette? If those sex photos JA and TA took before the murder show her as a brunette so be it.

For those wondering about when she dyed her hair, Beth Karas stated the other day that in the pictures shown during opening statements the defendants hair was dyed dark in a deleted picture from the camera.

I know I heard in court, I believe it was when someone was describing the photographs (sex ones) and pointed out her hair was dark.

I didn't ever hear that. Hopefully someone will be able to provide a link. This would be HUGE if it were the case.

They may put this toward premeditation by her avoiding using her credit cards while in AZ. She used it everywhere else frequently, but not during the hours in AZ, pretending she was not there, but leaving an obvious trail for where she wanted them to know she was. This would show planning an alibi by the lack of a footprint in AZ.

I know...it sucks! Luckily I am editing hundreds of photos today, so I am on the computer anyway. I am forcing myself to not look at the thread until I have at least 2 photos edited...lol

One thing I think would be interesting is if they knew the last ping her cell phone made before taking out the battery and then when it appeared again.

Maybe she took it out in Redding and put it back in in Salt Lake....

But of course she may have made a mistake and realized she needed to take it out while in Monterrey...or something. Is that something the PA has?

Defense said to Special Agent-your former employer did a /had a limited involement in this case and asked him if he saw any documents of where the money came from to make these deposits and he said no.
