Hi tis IMO, she probably didn't realize how loud the gun would be. Even a small gun make a lot of noise and she didn't want the neighbors to hear.
I do think she shot him last. jmo

She probably used one of the tassled throw pillows from the bedroom to muffle the sound of the gunshot and that might be where the tassle looking item from the floor of the bathroom came from. If so, she sure as he11 was thinking and very aware of what she was doing.

The money--minus the ebay, paypal, framing, and shipping fees--go directly to Jodi in jail, so she can buy food other than the junk they serve.

She names everyone of her drawings; this is named "New", probably because there is a new baby.

Also, there is no certificate of authenticity available. However, she does write her last name on the front of every drawing and her full name/date on the back of every drawing. Eventually, she will have a website with all of her drawings posted on it that she has drawn while in jail.

Not a legal but mistrial motions are pretty normal.

I thought that too when the prosecutor was pointing out the possible tassel remnants. And then he pointed to the similar tassels on the pillows.

Completely normal. Especially in a DP / murder trial. There will be many motions throughout. Most/many won't have any shot whatsoever. It's good that the defense is doing this... have them try everything now. Less opportunity for appeals after she gets convicted. It happens all the time in trials everyday. They're both planned and spontaneous. Have to try absolutely everything. It would be unheard of if the defense wasn't doing this.

IMO, the motion will be denied, defense had an opportunity to cross examine the detective and doctor regarding this issue.

The hearing that Detective Flores was asked about what was Dr. Horn's opinion is hearsay and it was only allowed at that specific hearing.

90 minute drive between Yreka and Reading...where the first receipt for Budget Rent A Car is located. Car rented: June 2nd - 8:04am, returned June 7, 2008 13:08pm.

She returned it a few hours late too. 2834 miles. Yreka to Mesa (googled) is 764 miles, about a 5 hour drive.

Car rental guy, I'm presuming, identified the defendant but attys are now bickering again. I hate sidebars.

It's a 5 hour drive if she drove 152 mph! Actually 50 mph is average on long hauls in a passenger car so it would be more like a 15 hour drive including stops for gas and the potty and some fast food.

She doesn't need those glasses to see and write stuff down on her pad....of course the jury has left so there is no one to look like the Church lady for.
