It shouldnt matter even if he was involved in a 5 way with the Kardashian sisters too. It doesn't change the charge or validate JAs actions

I never said it did matter, just offering a reason as to why they wouldn't want to put her on the stand.

The detective gets a phone call while he is in there. Maybe it was the other detectives watching the hidden TV outside messagng him to go ahead and stuff that TP in her mouth to stop the lies. LMAO.

This PT is smart. I am wondering if he knew by deciding not to call the ex girlfriend the defense would want to. PT got on the record as to why he decided not to call her "he is afraid if there is a conviction an appeals judge could say it was inflammatory" If the defense insists on calling her and that same info comes out then it will be the defense's fault and maybe no appeal on that part.

I like the way your mind works there Troubled! No get outta :jail: free card for Jodi.

What do you guys mean when you say BBM?

Not to go on and on here, but a couple more things that stuck out to me re: JA's probable psychopathy:

-When Det. Flores asked her who the aggressor was, she answered to the effect of "I don't know what you mean by aggressive." Again, psychopaths are not in touch with emotions the same way we experience them, nor do they understand proper social boundaries.

-They see people as objects to possess, and I saw an interview with one of the victim's friends where they said JA made it very clear that Travis was "her's," "my boyfriend," "my house" (really his house), etc.

-Psychopaths are very, very impulsive, and have a low tendency to plan long term. This is partially why they often move (JA's multiple roommate situations), travel (JA the "roadtripper"), change jobs, and are generally unreliable. She kept obsessing about why she wouldn't have worn gloves; IMO she wishes she had worn gloves and doesn't understand why she didn't plan it out better, because she has little insight into her own behavior. As some other posters said, I agree that she may have considered letting him live if he'd agreed not to take another girl to Cancun, to resume a relationship, etc...and when it didn't go that way, her rage and impulse took over. However, the possibility of ending his life was likely on her mind before she even got there, as she probably brought the weapons with her, and left him a creepy message beforehand like "see you soon, my friend."

no, you're right. i just wanted to be clear about that. i'm freaked out a juror asked about getting prints from the roommates. that's all!

:great:

Glad to hear that, since I went over and over and over this with forum the other night, cause I had no clue that she confessed saying it was self defense, but she did not confess to LE.

Worried the jury, or at least one of them, is not sure what this trial is about.

Interesting that the defense said the DA's reluctance to call LA was "disingenuous" and that LA will provide exculpatory evidence.

Great find but I thought we couldn't link to that site? :waitasec: I might be wrong so you may want to ask a mod.

Checked for "Picture Perfect" online, and the transcript is on the Murderer is Innocent site....I won't post a link to that pathetic place, and I don't stay on there long for fear that "Large Marge" would track my IPA and find where I live....LOL
Oh, yeah, her AND the Ninja's.

Is that barely 3 hours in trial? The jurors must not have jobs or aren't worried about paying bills considering how long this trial may last. As a juror in my state, we were paid maybe $12/day and our companies did not make up the difference!

One of my coworkers was called in for jury duty, and was picked for the pool for the baseline killer case(also tried in downtown Phoenix). From what he told us, they did take personal situations into consideration - such as financial hardship for the longer cases. Also, jurors often return to work during non-court hours.

I was on a jury for a much shorter case(4 days) at the same court and I don't necessarily recall such a consideration.

Well, being a "TRUE PSYCHOPATH" she wanted to see his reaction when he saw his tires slashed. That's how they get their "rush".

I am confused. I know bout Mimi and Lisa. But some of you keep mentioning Jen. Who is Jen?

Beat me to it!!! LOL

I noticed that too.

That was not a contradiction

Border as in border around something and boarder as in someone who stays or is put up.

I agree - it just seemed that the jury was plugging a few holes in their minds, like, what were the roommates doing all that time. I know I've been wondering. Sometimes the attorneys are so close to the case, they can lose track of what they haven't explained, especially if it really isn't relevant to the evidence, like why the roomies were eliminated from suspicions.

I'm curious about the BMW - was that car at the house, or somewhere else, anyone know.

One last question: Who or what is a "Donovan"? I missed that, somehow, and I'm totally lost.

It was towed to an auto repair place, (after she left it in gear while towing). I don't know what happened to it after that.

how come?? how could that get it overturned?

Here, Troubled answered for you. :)

No, the prosecutor said he didn't want to enter any evidence regarding JA possibly stalking because he feared if they get a guilty verdict that stalking evidence will overturn the verdict.

And the prosecutor said that it was the DT who brought up the stalking stuff with Mimi. So why couldn't the prosecutor use the same method with Lisa?

Just want to say hello and thank you to all who post updates, pictures and opinions. I'm new here and hope to learn a lot from the experts here.

Welcome!

Ben Stiller could play Det. Flores.
Rob Lowe would make an awesome Dr. Kevin Horn

Could be the girl he was seeing when his tires were slashed - I've never seen her name anywhere.

that's a bad site, and I don't know if it captures IP addresses (like many of the pro-sites do).

And can we please stop referring JA as J-hole? It just reminds me of those horrible pictures (plus I don't think we can call names).

Thank you so much for helping me keep my sanity ;)
